I've been struggling vs Pevoker and a DH... how to combat?
I like to purge their HoTs and Nullifying shroud and focus on swapping back and forth. Use hex, root, incap etc on the DH. You shouldn’t win a mana battle against pres so you have to out pressure them. It’s a tough matchup but we usually kill the pres in a lasso/leg sweep once he’s out of cooldowns and doesn’t have obsidian scales. There have also been times where we kill DH in a stun if they mess up with blur but that’s more rare.
I have a small tip for you :D if you play judgement of the wise or what its called (pvp talent) you can use it on the boomkin while you are sitting in the root+beam and it dispells the root so you can run out.. it also works vs DK strangulate or shadow priest silence, you just need to cast judgement on them :)

WHat's your ideal partner? like what class is the best for Hpal?
Honestly I’m not sure. I’ve tried DH, DK, Boomkin, Devastation, WW, and Enhance. The highest rating was achieved with DK, but if I had to guess the best comp it would probably be Marksman Hunter or maybe a warlock. It really depends on what matchups you’re queueing into.

I was swapping out of searing glare for divine vision in a lot of a games with ranged dps

I’ve played both and Hpriest feels much better than Hpal with DH. Both are viable priest just tends to outshine Paladin in 2v2

Why are you choosing to not play Spirit walk into Boomy for root beam? You can use it every root beam and save trinket for clone or sleepwalk

Any tips for not going OOM as Holy ?
In both 2’s and 3’s you’ll probably have to go for drinks. Make sure you maximize angel form because nothing costs mana in that form so you can use expensive spells rapidly. Use symbol of hope when you’re almost out of mana because it only restores the maximum amount when you’re OOM. Pop psyfiend early if you think the match is going into heavy dampening so it will come back off cooldown before the match ends. Don’t overlap Apotheosis with Angel Form.
@@Shukumei_WOWthanks just resubbed after years Away and starting to climb. Notice mana is an issue in both brackets, and seems to be very apparent when playing against Disc comps (they don't OOM nearly as fast). Would love more Holy vids from you!

Thank you! I’ve had some success with DH/Hpal. My buddy is currently 2350 playing Lock/Hpal which is amazing considering Hunter/priest destroys that comp. In 2v2 it’s really about which class will allow you to get drinks off and can self sustain. You’ll also synergize with Warrior and Hunter but it’s just a worse version of the main comps ie Warrior/Shaman and Hunter/priest.
Bro i just created a hpal and my healing/dmg is terrible. What happened with the divine tool burst/glimmering burst?
Paladin is sadly one of the worst healers in season 4. They’re still viable but I’ve been having a much easier time on priest/shaman.
Man the synergy you have with your dk is sick, really cool learning from these videos as a new hpal (previously a rdruid/disc main).

This is so frustrating to see that they won't fix the mana issues that pally had this whole expansion. Every healer/dps comp we're against, i'm always looking out for my mana and somewhat stressed doing small drink pauses, it's tough because you lose like 5-10 seconds :/ I miss BFA hpal Oh yeah, btw. Thank you! Yeah I think the best fix would be to revert the mana cost for Word of Glory. If not that then Paladin needs a way to passively/actively gain mana like other healers. ie disintegrate (preservation) water shield/lava burst (resto sham) etc

Thank you! Yeah GladiusEX shows some of the spells cast it’s just hard to see because it’s so tiny. I’ll see if I can enlarge that part of it. I used to run Trufigcd but sadly it quit getting updates and I started getting UI errors.

Here is the build I’m currently running BEEAomTTpSA9oX6huYLb5nP3rDAAAQAARAAACQJJNoUSJJtiISClkEKaiGikUEIJRkCIiAACAUACJJI As far as the difference in solo shuffle I normally always take ultimate sacrifice vs high burst teams. Blessed hands is a must pvp talent for 2’s, 3’s, shuffle etc. If I’m fighting vs casters in shuffle I usually don’t like to take ultimate sac because it’s better to be able to get out of more cc. When I’m fighting double melee then searing glare is a nice pick, but be careful when you choose to use it. Divine plea is a must in 2v2, but in shuffle it depends on the enemy healer and the pace of the match.

I got banned a few months ago. My main was also a holy pal for many years. Watching your videos makes me truly miss playing arenas with my mates. Any ways, very nice games as usual, and I wish the best of luck to you and your friends. In addition, pal mana problems has been driving me crazy for such a long time. It was the main reason I stopped playing 2s.

Vers to 35% then Mastery > Crit > haste You want as much mastery as possible and around 25% crit if you can get it.

I want to use Barrier of Faith sometimes but there's so many abilities and I don't have the keybind for it so I run Reclamation but that's okay because it's arguably just as good or better.
Yeah they’re both really good. I think Murlok had the slight favor to reclamation over barrier of faith last season.
@@Shukumei_WOW Looks like they're moving Reclamation further down in the tree as a single talent and putting Holy Prism in its spot, having you choose between Prism and Barrier in War Within because of the way "Herald of the Sun" Interacts with Barrier and Prism.

Cant decide between Hpal, Resto Druid, and Holy priest. Feeling holy priest is strongest but maybe I wanna play Hpal, not sure
All three have their different playstyles. Holy Paladin is the weakest of the three, but it’s still viable. Resto Druid will fit in a lot of comps and has a high skill ceiling. Holy priest fits in a mix of comps and has very strong offensive capabilities right now. If you’re wanting to play solo shuffle I’d pick resto Druid. If you’re wanting to play 2’s and 3’s I’d pick holy priest. If you have friends that play Warlock/Mage I’d pick holy Paladin.

@brandonturner6099 the meta is still developing so it’s hard to say with the class tuning that happened today, But assa rogue/boomy/Paladin was really good. Demo/Frost/Pally was also really good. Just not as solid as the other.
This class must feel like a god compared to hpal 😂
