Not a fan of Heiser....he seems to naturally get every important conclusion wrong...a lot of learning without a shed of wisdom... can't keep his carts and horses in proper order...my two cents...if your ears itch use a q- tip...avoid his input...just read the scriptures yourself and you're much more likely to understand what is being communicated

I would add a few interesting comments about this. Heidi Baker has also had experiences with deliverance. As she was preaching for a Makua tribe for the first time, she felt to call forward demonized people. Anyone with night terrors, seeing dark figures, heart palpatations etc. 36 people came forward and Heidi saw similar manifestaions mentioned it this talk. Tongues rolling out a lot, people moving their bodies like snakes. As Heidi ordered the demons to leave in the name on Jesus, all 36 people fell down at the exact same time. Interviewing them immideately after revealed that most felt free and some needed more prayer and felt free after that. Also suprising to hear that Francis Mcnutt started the idea of soaking prayer. Something Heidi Baker practices and is also taught by Carol Arnott who had a huge role in the Toronto revival, where a lot of healings and even deliverances were reported.

I have to try and live in a world where people around me don’t know what I’m going through and they are loving but stressed and struggling with how they perceive my changes. I’m a child maybe even a little teenage in shifting with all this revelation that hasnt quite changed everything to keep me from self destructive tendencies. I’m hoping to find some peace and comfort with them to heal ourselves through God and forgive from the heart.

Yes it boggles the mind to think that GOD Walk with your grandfather's, talk with them and sent prophets throughout history to tell them HIS thoughts. And even after all this proof, that GOD is a Real Live Being, the people rebel and turn against GOD. Every 4th generation. Like clockwork. Why? THEY KNOW GOD EXIST! How could GOD'S Wrath and Anger be forgotten and dismissed so easily? What did those other God's do for them, besides teaching evil things?

I got this from someone that actually prayed for this miracle. I spoke to him directly. This doctor was an opthamalogist. He was in a 3rd world country (can't remember which one) trying to medically help people, and a girl, who was fairly young, came in to the clinic and her eyes were completely cloudy. She couldn't see at all. He told the family and the people around him there was nothing he could do. I can't remember if someone told him he should pray for her, but anyway that's what he did. He told me he did not believe she would be healed. But he prayed and within minutes her eyes were completely normal and she could see. He and everyone around him were absolutely astonished. I have read most of Keener's 2 volumes on miracles. It is very well documented, and he will freely admit if there was good or fair evidence for the miracle.

The question of where we get morality from is an important one. The Hebrew word ‘ יומ’ means ‘day’. It is used in certain colloquial expressions, as the word ‘day’ is in English. But these are always clear in context, and derive from the primary meaning. The Hebrew word is never used with a numeral or ordinal to mean anything other than ‘day’. The Genesis 1 passage is clearly myth, but that is no reason to think that the author didn’t believe that the story is true. He was simply wrong.

How did Saul kill himself? Falling on his sword. Which means he was hanging with his stomach burst open. We assume judas hanged himself with a noose around the neck but that isn't the only form of hanging, wasn't Jesus hung on a cross? Yet there was no noose around his neck. Around the third time reading through the Bible I realized a lot of what I had learned my entire life didn't exactly line up with what I was reading in God's word. I just couldn't make it fit together. Since then I have prayed that the Lord would enable me to too put away all that I had been taught and to see His Word for what it really was, as if I had no previous knowledge. Ironically I now observe the Biblical Holy Days and observe a Saturday Sabbath, these being the most outwardly observable changes I've experienced, though there were many others as well.
