They're just called tortillas. We don't say bread sandwiches... wrap is just the white term for salad burrito.

They will harden up on cooling. You also want to make sure the dough is nice and pliable.

The key is to try and roll them as thin as the thinnest material on earth (a Lidl carrier bag) and they go soft and crispy.
