Well, it's really a beautiful example of mid-50's car art, and certainly the owner will be proud of it. On the other hand, two-door wagons never have sold well, for obvious reasons. So, not many around.

Really Cool looking wagon with a fairly modern engine!!!! Like the dual exhaust & side view mirrors.. actually the whole car is awesome!! Before i was born my parents bought an aqua/white 59 catalina which i remember but that 3rd seat looks like the most comfortable of all and is a similar configuration to our 76 Grand Safari. Was that rear window power or crank? Thanks for the vid and for sharing!!!!

YEP - here in Europe a few guys with ego problems buy the "Yank Tank" trucks - you can carry less in them than a small van or a station wagon... OH and they are way harder to load cos the bed is 1.3m off the ground.

@@calvinnickel9995 Ah yes, let’s compare a 60s American station wagon with a modern minivan, while ignoring modern Japanese station wagons and European estate cars. The only comparable vehicles to a minivan in the 60s were the Volkswagen Type 2 and the Fiat 600 Multipla, neither of which had either the power or comfort of a ‘land yacht’, and the Fiat wasn’t even sold in the US.
