  Really dont understand how anyone can say Reyes won other than just wanting to have a reason to hate on Jon. Reyes is a great fighter and had some significant shots in the first couple rounds but Jones looked like the better fighter the whole time. Reyes did nothing in this fight to say i should have the championship over Jon. Ignore the jusdges scores. If youre going to win the championship by decision and not a knockout then you better make sure youre in control the whole fight. Im not talking about a minute interval or two of control by Reyes. Im talking the pace of the whole fight. Jones never stopped pressuring, defended well and even controlled the last 2 rounds with ease. If that foght keeps going then its relatively obvious Jones is going to win. Dude still looked fresh in round 5.

  How you think Jones lost is crazy Reyes never tried to make contact or take jones down he did nothing but circle and throw a few strikes that never really stunned him you have to dominate the champion to win the title if it was a regular fight he probably would’ve got the victory

  Man i just watched this fight and its clear from the comments a lot of you just dont like Jones. He checked majority of Reyes kicks, blocked majority of punches. Did nothing really to hurt Jones and Reyes got tired and slowed down 3 mins into every round, thats when jones attacked. Jones outright owned those last 2.5 rounds. Some of you just need go quit

  Jones lost this fight for sure, the 3rd judge was on something tho! Dominick definitely won first 3 rounds and lost the last 2 rounds

  The first round definitely Reyes won .. The second round was more like a Draw and Jon won every other round.

  Nah IDGAF, the legacy that Jon alr established up to this fight was unprecedented and I think if he wanted to win that bad then he needed to defeat him definitively. Stop glazin, Jons face was barely battered and he had enough energy after the 5 round to celebrate and climb the fence. A bad performance yes, but a resounding loss? Hell nah

  Yeah, judges just got this wrong. 1st 3 rounds were totally for Reyes. 4th was debatable, but I personally call for Reyes. Jones slightly took 5th round. But that’s clearly jones getting beat up most of the fight, and having a good final round.

  Jon Jones definitely won the fight. Reyes won the first 3, but Jones dominated the final two rounds. That is the reason why in a Championship fight, the final two rounds are called "Championship Rounds". I agree with the decision.

  I don't think it was a robbery. If you wanna be a champion you have to defaet clearly to the champ and this wasn't the case. Dominik had more significant streaks at the 3rd first rounds but Jones had the control of the octagon, so Dominick won these rounds but he don't was dominant.

  Guys, let’s be honest. Very close fight. Jon jones dominated 5th, won 4th, POSSIBLY, just POSSIBLY won 3rd, definitely lost 1 and 2. So anyone saying Reyes clearly won is, well, to put it nicely, a bit of an idiot. Anyone saying Jones clearly won: ditto.

  I dont see the controversy. That was a clear win for Jones. Reyes shots were skimming off of Jones. Reyes would come forward and attack Jones and Jones would just go right back to moving forward. When Jones attacked Reyes, Reyes would pause and move backwards. Jones hits were cleaner and he never stopped coming forward. Pretty clear win for Jones

  For all of the "Reyes won" commenters: 1. What score do you have? 2. Which rounds do you have for Reyes? Objectively, Jones did not overwhelmingly win that fight. But neither did Reyes... Reyes won early in several rounds, and was the more energetic and exciting of the two, but he honestly didn't land a lot of big shots, Jones was never in "danger". Most of the "big" shots from Reyes were glancing or partially blocked. I just don't understand the sentiment... Jones left the fight looking about the same as he entered it (so did Reyes). My point being, it was just sort of a lackluster fight... Maybe Reyes won in terms of volume, but Jones was more efficient. Had it gone to Reyes I don't see it going more than 3 rounds to 2 for him either. I don't understand the adamant claims that Reyes won. Personally. I think if you're gonna take the crown from a guy like Jones, you gotta TAKE it. You don't kind of, sort of ask for it nicely - and that's how I saw it, he left enough in the tank to act upset after the fight, he should have used that in those 25 minutes...

  If at all the judges wanted John to win, they should at least have done it via a split decision. 49-46 is fucking outrageous, let alone the absurdity of a unanimous decision. Plus the commentary was a total bias with regards to john being able to take a beating from Ryes or eat those upper cuts than Ryes outclassing him almost everywhere.

  This was an amazing fight, honestly….. I think Reyes won, the takedowns showed no effect at all and Reyes easily escaped them with no damage, Jon acting like the last round of getting beat up on a 5 round fight determined he did better than Reyes whippin that ass for three and defensively holding you heavy for two whilst stopping your take downs easily, by all technicality I think Reyes wins, but I feel like the fight really deserved alittle more to take the title away from someone who displays the mental intensity and natural Instinct Jones displays, and strength, albeit probably some kind of ped lmaoo, I would’ve like to see someone get a sub or K.O on a championship fight, but it held its intensity and entertainment all the way through, fantastic fight from both fighters

  The judges work for the odds makers in Vegas , Reyes solidly won the first three rounds , the commentators gave us a heads up prior to the decision

  Jones won that fight 100%. He won reds 2, 4, & 5. He pressured the whole fight and most of Reyes’ shots were partially blocked.
