    Politicians love to talk about all the good theyve done, yet ask any average australian if theyve noticed any "relief" and youll see how good pollies are at talking and how useless they are at actually making a difference, unless the difference is how much tax money they can scam away

    What are you on about? My take-home pay has gone up by $100 a weak, $5000 a year because of Albo's July tax cuts. I'm not exactly paycheck to paycheck but it's still a welcome relief for me. If you're not seeing any relief maybe it's because you aren't looking.

    Certainly having an impact on cost of living. interest rates, fuel excise, energy bills, basic cost of living. all through the roof. and then you want applause for throwing some of our own money back at us.

  • @DarthVella
    @DarthVella4 сағат бұрын

    Interest rates are not set by the government, they're set by the RBA in response to inflation. The only thing the government can do is attempt to control inflation - which they have been doing, as it has been slowing in response to their economic management, to the point that the RBA is expected to stop raising the interest rates. Win for Albo. Other basic cost of living: they gave us a rather nice tax break, easily increasing the average working Australian's take home pay by more than we've lost elsewhere this past year. Win for Albo. Applause for throwing some of our own money at us: Yeah, that's literally what the government should be doing. Using our tax dollars to benefit us when we need it, like water services, or public education and health insurance systems so the private sector have to set competitive prices; and, yes, literally throwing money at us when there's a surplus or the economy needs stimulating. Rudd did that and he was hailed literally worldwide as an economical genius for it, to the point that his government's response to a global recession was studied by other countries to implement for the next one. I know you've been used to the Coalition being called "good economic managers" by cutting stuff from the budget but you've gotta realise that unless they gave the money back in tax breaks to the lower brackets, they're just hogging it for themselves or funnelling it to their mates... who write stories in the news articles calling the Coalition "good economic managers."

    @@DarthVella and Govt policy is driving inflation. the RBA has stated this. The RBA sets official interest rates to try to lower inflation, but the Govt refuses to take the hint and keeps spending.

  • @DarthVella
    @DarthVella3 сағат бұрын

    @@politenessman3901 I know. I said that. And I also said that the RBA is expected to keep interest rates as-is this quarter. Either we're both wrong, and Albo's policies aren't harming inflation, or we're both right, and Albo's policies are curbing inflation. Which one is it?

  • @politenessman3901
    @politenessman39013 сағат бұрын

    @@DarthVella Albos policies are causing inflation. we both know it. They are also pressuring the RBA to not raise rates. this is making things even worse. but you know that.

    ICJ again rules that Israel is unlawfully occupying Palestine under International Law, but this Government doesn't respect or follow International Laws, it flouts not only International Laws but Laws in General. FPG respects and follows International Laws, and has adopted and put into force UN Indigenous Rights declarations, into its Constitutional Laws and Rights.

    😡😡😡😡😡😡 Hello,In 2019, the Australian forest fire, which burned for several months, could not be extinguished. It was I who used the power of the Rain God to bring two heavy rains on Australia and put out the fire. I'm not lying, Since I was a child, the rain has been around me. Many times it rained when I went out or reached the window. I was able to call rain. I was born with the ability. If you don't believe it, I'll consider another heavy rain to demonstrate how I put out the fire with heavy rain in 2020. I believe you are very smart and can believe in the existence of people with powers.

    When Albo became Prime Minister, he wanted a Big Australia. He opened the floodgates on immigration. A great friendship with the India Prime Minister, as seen on National television. So, there it came. 10,s of 1000’s of immigrants (of all nationalities) came into Australia when we had nowhere to put them. Thus putting up the market cost of rentals. Rental costs have forced have put 1000’s of people homeless because of Albo. Needless to say, that because of him, 100’s of businesses have folded in the last 1 year because of him. It is time for a change.

    As a pensioner, I did receive close to $37 for the fortnight payment. I am greatful for that. Then I saw that my next payment would be back as normal. So, here is the thing. With Albo getting a new pay rise of up to $900,000+, and living in multi-million $ mansion, in which tax-payers are paying for that. And him saying “I care for the people “. Albo, you are an absolutely bloody useless Prime Minister.
