  Yeah when a company has a monopoly, they basically do whatever they want. If a legit company like Jada Toys or Jazwares (non-greedy companies btw) got the Dragonball license, Tamashi will have to get their act together.

  I’m completely agree with your opinions. SDCC isn’t very good I mean the new Goku is really good and looks better but it doesn’t make it new exact the head, faces and accessories but not the body. Also you forget to mentioned that Final From Frieza and Mecha Frieza is newer figure as well.

  I don’t think 3rd party studios have Tamashii on the ropes per say but it just depends on how you look at it, in the grand scheme of things Tamashii is a GIANT corporation and they are doing what is called Planned obsolescence, it’s to maximize profits they are going to sell us MILLIONS of 2.0 Gokus then MILLIONS of 3.0s then 4.0 ect… while 3rd party companies are forced to compete with themselves for our hard earned money look at how all of them are making Vegito Head Sculpts they are tryna outdo one another but as soon as they get too big and have Tamashii “on the ropes” they will get obliterated with lawsuits, we have to understand the general consumer probably doesn’t know about 3rd party companies it’s only within the community of hardcore collectors but within our small community I think 3rd party is winning

I would like for you to show me when Tamashii makes a 10 inch Z Broly, Kid buu with new tech, A 3.0 goku of any kind, and a Vegeta 3.0 of any kind. Hell, even something that isn’t 2.0. I’m more pissed because I feel like tamashii just spits in the faces of their consumers with a majority of their releases, not just DBZ related. And when people start boot-licking, they’re validating this behavior from said company.

  @@LexingtonAve I apologize in advance for the long ass sentence. I mean saying that they’re the “sleeping giant” is basically saying that they’re on the come up or will be, I don’t think so. I would say by solely going off of facts and the fact is, their product output may be a lot but the quality isn’t there. By creating excuses for them such as stated in my 2nd sentence, we are basically allowing Tamashii to continue what they are doing. I guess my ultimate hope is that people strike their products until the consumers get what they want/deserve. If they do that, then it will sit right w/me. But judging by how many people have come to bat for his point and Tamashii as a whole, that’s not happening. People will blindly and stupidly consume anything they are given from tamashii unfortunately.
