The balance of power is shifting in the Dragon ball 3rd party universe. For those that don't know what third party is they are companies that don't possess the official licence to produce products for a certain intellectual property. In these particular cases these are third parties meant to go along side the official s.h.figuarts dragon ball line of action figures by Tamashii Nations.
With that being said, all the different figures that are coming out this year budgeting is going to be quintessential, that is if we are trying to be financially responsible, while still enjoying our hobby of collecting action figures, especially with the prices of Action figures nowadays, But perhaps your financial situation allows you to purchase figures with no problem at all in that case. I'm trying to get like you 😂😂.

So the full price for the product will be 54 dollars plus shipping. When you go to put in your pre-order you will pay 10 dollars upfront and when they get the project actually at the warehouse they will send an email saying the second payment is ready to be made

I'm new ish to figuarts, and I see on p-Bandai shenron "exclusive edition" in available, and the description says its a 2022 "exclusive edition". Is this a mistake, something really rare, or do some exclusives from old years come back?

No it's not a mistake it's from sdcc 2022. That shenron wasn't necessarily a highly sought after figure so they have some leftovers
