Thanks so much, Temitayo! I'm not really vast in this area. I think you are referring to commercial cupcakes. From experience, people use preservatives or cut out the milk, so it has a longer shelf-life.
Hi i made my whipped cream with milk now the problem i have was that it started melting for sometimes what would be the problem
Hello Clara, sorry about your experience. I can't really tell what the issue might be, but it does sound like your whipped cream was not stable enough. I haven't used milk before, so I have limited knowledge regarding this, but if it happens again, put it back in the fridge and allow it to sit for a while.

Hi Oluchi, long time. This is Florence from Ghana. I have a similar icon on my oven, but it doesn't have the fan symbol. Is it the same.
Hello Florence, how have you been? No, it's not the same. They are different. The one I'm referring to has either the top and bottom burner plus fan or top alone and fan depending on the brand.

Hello Linate, sorry about your experience. The video details what you need to do which would be getting your oven temperature right using a thermometer or fan for even distribution of heat as this sounds more like an issue of uneven baking.
