I quit taking Anastrozole and Tamoxifen. My quality of life is more important than quantity. My body is devastated from taking the meds. It's taking away 5-10 years of your life, for what.

I appreciate your honesty - it is authentic and real, and that is better than false positivity. The 20’s aren’t easy, and I want you to know you are doing amazing and it’s going to work out. Journal, eat healthy, exercise in moderation, dance when no one is watching, and love your precious self, every day - you deserve that. You are a good person who has been through a lot and you’re still going - still improving & striving for betterment. Have faith and take one day at a time. I believe in you 💙

Good afternoon, I'm in my late 50's and I can relate. My life hasn't gotten easier as I had imagined. My 21 yr old transgender son suffers from anxiety and depression which I can't comprehend . they have no responsibilities to put any pressure on them. Thank you for listening to my getting things off my chest, I enjoyed yours. Have a wonderful evening.

You have a severe misunderstanding of depression and anxiety if you think its only brought on by responsibilities. As someone who's had both, a family member downplaying the struggle is one of the most painful things. No one chooses it, it grips you and pulls you down and the harder you try to fix it the harder it gets. Please underatand this for your son. I wouldnt wish this stuff on my worat enemy. Sometimes we're just as baffled as to why we feel so horrible too, and the guilt from that eats away at one's mind even more.

Hi, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that the cancer will not return. Amen. I would also like to share the following six videos with you about salvation and two videos about evolution: Evolution vs. God kzread.info/dash/bejne/p5eTuZuPpN2wYKQ.html DESTROYING Evolution In Under 3 Minutes kzread.info/dash/bejne/pYuZxbKworTcYsY.html Watch the Holy Spirit Work in Her Heart (Very Moving) kzread.info/dash/bejne/m3Z50atrpZnReaw.html Fearing The Lord, God’s Discipline & Sharing The Gospel kzread.info/dash/bejne/lnmHl7mQZpmzotI.html A Clear Gospel Presentation by Pastor Steven Anderson - How to go to Heaven kzread.info/dash/bejne/e4x5x6-Qc9vforQ.html The Plan of Salvation kzread.info/dash/bejne/gqGfyrSGgNnaj5M.html How to Get Saved kzread.info/dash/bejne/k56Lxs2uptW6ZtY.html The Truth About Hell (Selected Scriptures) kzread.info/dash/bejne/c4quxMqYlK_XY9Y.html Best regards Chris “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life”. God bless you sweetie. I'm on my 6th year on tamoxifen and it's as horrible as ever. I never comment but when you said you have no quality of life I really felt for you. I went from 20mg recently to 10mg but no weight-loss or relief. My bone pain is the worst it's ever been. I contemplate every day if I should stop. I wish you all the best, your so young to be going through this.

i know this is an older video but i also have a pain condition that is effected by my estrogen levels. I have learned how much certain foods influence your hormone levels. if you are off the meds maybe a way to regulate things for yourself might be with diet. i completely cut out all soy (which is added into more foods than we realize), started eating raw carrots and more leafy greens. there are lists you can check out that are 'anti-estrogenic' , or hormone balancing. 💗 sending hugs!

My best friend is lending me her recliner for me to sleep in so I won’t need a wedge pillow and my doctor gave me a prescription for Ambien so I will definitely get sleep. I am having a bilateral mastectomy so I got a 360° wearable pillow for in the car and at home when resting. I go home the same day to avoid hospital infections and the surgeon is giving me a nerve block to prevent the pain immediately after. I think I’m physically prepared but mentally not so much. I’m sad I’m losing my body parts.

As someone who has been brutally ripped to shreds online by random strangers, (150k insta account) it gets easier. When you read mean comments it will and always will sxck. There is no way around it. No matter how many people tell you to just not care, or say they are insecure, you’re head will not believe it. After 4 years of doing online stuff, I eventually got used to it and laugh at rude comments. (I’ve basically seen it all) but if you can’t handle comments. I suggest not even reading them, or filtering certain phrases in KZread settings. But if you can’t handle it, don’t read or look at them. Even the positive ones. Sometimes I look at the emojis, or first words to know if it’s mean or nice, I just choose to scroll when I know it’s mean.

ok, so, you posted this a year or so ago but it showed up for me tonight, sooooo, im going to chime in now. 😊. so…. how are you? did you stay off tamox for the past year? are you still cancer free? ok, so, in my case… i watched my mom go through that back in the 80’s, she lost her mind, she was so strong, beautiful and funnny. tons of friends. then the tamox took her to her knees, literally, she had panic attacks that brought her to the floor, crawling at times. i had no idea it was the tamox until many years later when i was in my own cancer battle (same type of breast cancer as her, estrogen driven). i was looking forward to getting the tamox but when i got the bottle, i opened it and stopped. i did a bunch of googling and research, found out all the crap it does to the body at any age. puts you into menopause instantly and violently. so, i didnt take it. i saw 2 ladies, in my cancer support group, get on it and both went insane. one was in her 70’s and started her period again! heavy bleeding she said. so, when my dr’s assistant got wind of this, she stormed in the room, and said “i will have cancer again within a year” and it made me cry. im pretty tough, as i was a police officer for years, then a 911 calltaker (loved my job) but this really hurt that i had all this info to show her but she didnt care, she was worried and meant well. but after reading the paperwork that comes with the tamox pills, it said (and i still have it) that they dont even know if it really helps at all. that was the bottom line. but it sure hurts your bones, heart, mind, etc. im about to do a youtube video of my 5 years (clean so far) cancer journey and all of my own research. i got kicked off of the biggest facebook cancer support page for saying why i didnt take the tamox. it makes a LOT of money for them, to keep us sick.

Wow…you are so brave and strong. I am not there yet. I am in active treatment (one more chemo, then radiation and reconstruction). I have been reading and studying about ‘low dose’ Tamoxifan and Cannibas. I am NOT a doctor or medical professional but i have had major depression my entire life and the typical Tamoxifan cognitive and emotional side effects are not an option. If no one has mentioned look up cannabinoids (cannibals and cannabinoid system) and cancer. Dr. Cristina Sanchez out of Spain. I dont have an answer but you can get through this. Trust your body and your intuition. Most of all. Read, read, read….hugs dear friend. You are not alone.

Hi! I am watching this while seriously considering quitting tamoxifen. I am older, I am 50 and I have been on it for two years. For me, it’s pain I am in so much pain, especially around my hips. I am gaining weight and feel out of control. My other issue is anxiety/ depression. I feel awful. I know I should be grateful I survived but I am anxious, bad tempered and moody and I cry…a lot! I really want to say to you that I get it…totally but I think it’s even harder for you as you’re so young! You have been really brave to share this and whatever you decide it must be right for you. I hope you’re doing better now ( your video was a year ago) and I think you are amazing. Thank you for the video. I think I appreciate knowing I am not alone in struggling with this drug. I pray you stay cancer free and live a great life! ❤
