it is wrong, you cant melt dirty plastic, check out the companies that sell those machines, there are at least 5 machines beetween crushing and inyection

what is the profit in this processing .how much some one would earn from this. i mean it need much effort but not enough?

What type of plastics can we use in this. I mean can we put everything that seems plastic or do we have to separate each type of plastic like shopping bags, bottles, and cosmetic plastics.

+Omer Zaman , with present configuration we can recycle only PP, CPP and LDPE. By making slight changes we can recycle any plastic EXCEPT PET.
