Let's be honest. Most people want nothing to do with protecting themselves or their community. What is even worse is that they don't want you to have that ability either. If you don't see that, then you are part of the problem. If organizations such as this were serious they would be studying, employing, and consulting with those few of us who actually know the Law. The proper interpretation, as SCOTUS stated in 1939, ""To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union *** With obvious purpose to assure the continuation and render possible the effectiveness of such forces, the declaration and guarantee of the Second Amendment were made. It must be interpreted and applied with that end in view." Think critically! How do you protect all your rights when you depend on the institution that is taking them away for resolution? The ignorance, misinformation, and denial of what Militia is, is ludicrous on its face, since each state has Militia statutes, hidden away, and no longer utilized because of indifference of the People. As far back as 1833, Justice Story asked as to how we would keep the right if we refuse to perform the duty. In 1939, Justice McReynolds writing for the court, "The signification attributed to the term Militia appears from the debates in the Convention, the history and legislation of Colonies and States, and the writings of approved commentators. These show plainly enough that the Militia comprised all males physically capable of acting in concert for the common defense. "A body of citizens enrolled for military discipline." And further, that ordinarily, when called for service these men were expected to appear bearing arms supplied by themselves and of the kind in common use at the time." Let us admit that most do not want to sacrifice time and effort to keep our liberty and freedom. Nor do we want such responsibility, and that is why UNCONSTITUTIONAL agencies such as the FBI, ATF, DHS, IRS, and so on, have come into existence.

How about this reason, I'm not gonna carry a rifle everyday because while I've carried guns for work my entire adult life, with the military and in law enforcement... and there's more to life than being a gunfighter. Do I have pccs and short rifles with folding stocks? Yes. Do I keep active shooter response kits in my house, truck and even on body when appropriate? Yes. Am I going to carry a bag with a rifle and med gear to take my wife to dinner or have a beer with my friends? Hell no. Because I am confident with my chl, because I don't live in or go to places with high violent crime for leisure and mostly because I'm not some weirdo larper gun tuber that flexes on how much cool gear he has to make up for a basic level of training and no experience.

If you use a laser when aiming/shooting then its actually called active aiming because youre actively scanning for targets. When you use your nods and aim down you sights without any laser then its passive, since youre not giving your position away

Having worked in state and local government, I can assure you that voting doesnt really matter. 99% of people who work in federal, state, and local government are unelected...yet they have a significant impact on your daily life, whether you realize it or not. In order for things to really change, those millions or government employees would have to be removed from their positions, and we know that will never happen
