  That is probably a coincidence. Human players and cpu players can find hidden blocks depending on looking at the map, or the dice roll.

  No, they're not cheating, NPCs always pick random numbers on custom dices. A lot more commonly they will pick an utterly baffling number that doesn't make sense at all as a move and not get a hidden block. Examples include being 3 steps away from the star with enough money to buy it and rolling a 1 to land on a blue space instead of buying it

  I mean its not outlandish. If you are far enough ahead in mario kart the game is programmed to make the the cpu karts drive faster than is possible for a player in order to keep all the racers so the karts stay bunched together. Something about maintaining a competitive experience.

  Weirdly, the obedience mechanic doesnt apply to pokemon that you caught while within the acceptable level, then leveled up above the obedience level, unlike in the anime with the charizard

  i used a custom dice block to roll a 1 once and i got a hidden block with a star in it and all my friends got mad. they assumed i somehow knew the hidden block was there and were all completely shocked, but the real reason i rolled the one was because i was trying to stall on the very top path of the spooky woods map so i could use a triple dice to turn the game to night, grab the star before the koopa bank, then make it over to king boo and steal a star from each of them. my plan didn’t end up working, but i’ll never forget that hidden block lol
