I think he forgot which pistol he was using, that or he made the comment assuming most people would opt. for the Cannon Pistol as it has better synergy with the build.

... Tsar weapons are slow af, so unless you are exclusively using tsar weapons to bust out skills and not basic attacks then the various “legendary” weapons are superior.

Wayne Law Any of the unique legendary one handed weapons would be waaay better. I recommend the sunfall axe or skycrown mace. Both are fairly easy to obtain from their respective dungeons.
400 is max mana right? You take the stamina +40 and health +40 breakthrough skills and then go back to the leyline. You will only get one more breakthrough skill, if you get mana well 400.

Sigils are powerful but they take time to cast. You have to stand in the circle to cast the combos. Fighting a boss that can knock you down with ease will rekt you while you cast the sigil or try to cast in the sigil.
Blue + Purple = Physical Protection Green + Blue = Lantern Red + Purple = Summon Sword Red + Green = Place trap on ground

No you cannot change it. However you can learn Reveal Soul from the shaman

Can any1 explain me how this damage bonuses works? You are using the "lightining damage bonus" armour (same as the armour from the other lich, which is decay bonus), but the chakram does physical damage and the only stuff that gets benefit from it are basic attack from the infused mace and the perfect strike or you get the chakram infused aswell? How does this works...
And the other thing, I went for the tsar mace, but which should be doing more damage, an axe with decay damage + the decay lich set? Or the flat tsar mace damage??

Mefino is the name of an old Diablo II player... He was a trap user. At least you know about Cannon Pistol and Shrapnel shot with Opportunist stab... I'll give you that, but serpent's parry is ass. Not using the horror bow as rogue with pierce shot, is ass. Not using pressure plate traps as a rogue, is ass. The perk for pressure plate is over powered as hell...Why? Because it doesn't fuckin' go away after it's triggered, it stays there... Meaning you only need to carry 1, lay it on the ground, and nothing trying to melee attack you, is ever going to get to you, without going over that fuckin' plate first... All you need is to carry a fuck ton of bombs, which is easy in this game.. It's easy to re-fill the pressure plates in the middle of battle, quickly, as long as you're not an autistic pleb. The Horrow Bow with pierce shot will out do the damage you get from serpents parry. Not to mention Serpents parry is 100 second cool down, like why the fuck is that even in your skill set...? Also, I just noticed you're not using cannon pistol. You're using a bone pistol. Are you dumb? So you don't know cannon pistol shrapnel shot, followed by backstab when the enemy is on the ground, followed with opportunist stab... Christ people these days... All these amateur rogue players... Swear to GOD - wish this game was PVP and MMO. I would be destroying these idiots.

The base level of Mana push is useful at the start of a fight to lower the stability bar by a lot and get an easy knockdown on the next weapon strike. No need for Wind sigil all the time.
