I remember this one! Good one' couldn't sleep early morning hours , The soft music station on the radio would play this song my first love and I would have our disagreements learning about life it wasn't easy for the both of us to say the least'. We departed and after two divorces and five Children later 25 years had passed when we got back together!! Now going on 15 Years I guess we were meant for each other. Music such as this sort of gave People a little hope and for those who believe and can be patient your time could be just around the corner thanks.

Was thinking of this song a few days ago - Robert John certainly has had an interesting career, he used to be a child performer. "White Bucks and Saddle Shoes" was his first single release from 1958.

How nice to see a brilliant performer & his amazing background singers with such an appreciative crowd. Love it! I say this because I saw a clip of a performance of No Doubt at Coachella the other week, Gwen and her band mates were doing great on stage but the crowd just literally stood there in silence So bizarre

I know that France Joli and Cherrill Rae recently performed together at the St. George Theatre on Staten Island a year or two ago. So they were reunited once again.
