I need to meet Teller, he is whimsical, funny, charming, handsome, talented, and loves art, Edgar Allen Poe, and Alfred Hitchcock, he's brilliant.

I really wonder about the name. I was just watching an old blacksplotation 70s movie called Jive Turkey, and when one of the black guys was talking about money 100k he said “that’s a lot of penn and tellers” they definitely weren’t talking about the magicians….

I do not think you can imagine experiencing them after their career , the same as when they first got national notariety through MTV and SNL, when I first saw them on SNL I did not know if they were magicians or a skit about magicians and 25 years later the answer is : yes.

After, how many seasons of 'Fool Us' being aired, to say these guys changed the nature of magic is an understatement. They reinvented the entire field with duplicitous honesty. The clear cup and balls routine will always be an amazing thing to watch. But I think the coolest thing about these geeky knuckleheads, is that their unconventional style inspires generation after generation of magicians, young and old, to change their perceptions without claiming the supernatural is real.

I know their show on Broadway. I took a first date there, and it turned out to be a last date. It was extremely cold and windy outside in Manhattan. She came dressed in a skirt and an overcoat. Took her to a very expensive restaurant and we had a good meal. The show she said she was very impressed with, I did not get that opinion because she was very hyper and an intense person. We walked outside to get a cab, she slipped on some ice and her skirt went above her head and her coat, and I laughed out loud in front of her, I will never forget that evening. I cherish it in my heart. We never dated again yeah we worked for five years together!!!!!

I went to see them in 2019, they were of course great, they gave every audience member a metal card sized copy of the constitution. I still have mine in my wallet, we all got some playing cards as well, I had mine signed by Teller after the show, he was so gracious, he took the time to speak to everyone, sign autographs and take pictures. When it was my turn I asked if he was hungry or thirsty or needed anything, he actually was very greatful and said he didn't need anything but Penn might, Penn told us at the beginning of the show that he was sick , since I'm immunosupressed I couldn't get close enough to Penn to speak with him. I had a great time and would definitely recommend it.
