Hi! It looks like youre from Aus. I watched your other video with the circuit board identification. Would you know what MOSFET would be responsible for the Input speed sensor 1 and input speed sensor 2? Both of mine are displaying faults on the Autel.
There is not a whole
Thank you Jugar, very good tutorial Jugar.
Thanks mate excellent video.
Thank you for the video! What is the nut size for the compounder? I am doing mine too!
50mm
@@RZJugaar thanks!
@@RZJugaarand what slide hammer did you use? Im almost there 😅
@@KabayanAR slide hammer didn't work for me. I had to use a large screwdriver to pull it out from the sides. It needs a bit of force
@@RZJugaar ok ill try that!
What size are the torx heads holding the pump in? Mines seemly has come loose....
Hi. Can't recall. I just used the one that fitted from my kit.
Haha you are a real cow boy mate what a bodge up job god help anyone who has their car repaired from you
Great video, very helpful thankyou.
Do you have to take the Fuse out for fuel pump to depressure fuel rail/system ? Or dont need it
High pressure lines are automatically depressurised when the key is removed from ignition. The pressure control valve is spring loaded and open by default when the ignition is off. This ensures no residual pressure in the system.
Really appreciate it mate. Detailed step showing how it’s done. 😊
I’ve cleaned a bunch of sensors with mad cleaner and now I get a engine light, cruise unavailable. And the car doesn’t rev above 2500rpm and and has gone into limp mode. Any idea why this may of happened or what I can do to reset? I’ve got an obdII TOOL and have reset the codes but no luck, I’ve reset the battery no luck
Can you read the codes using scanner and share? Mad cleaner you mean the stain remover?
@@RZJugaar the only code I got was the p0237 and sorry type, meant maf cleaner (crc brand)
@@anels9 carefully remove your boost sensor (the one shown in the thumbnail of this video). Inspect and put it back. Make sure it's properly connected. If you still have the problem then your sensor has gone faulty and you need a new one.
@@RZJugaar yes I still have the problem. Is thumbnail a pic of the map sensor?
@@anels9 yes and no. it's a boost pressure sensor but since both map and boost sensors measure the pressure, the terms are used interchangeably.. In your case the boost pressure sensor is gone.. you'll need a new one.
Hi sir I have a ford transit 2.0 diesel with a foult fuelpressure to low I replaced fuel filter High pressure pump Common rail with both sensors Inejctor checked no foults What can be? The car does not start and I cannot make a return leak test, I took out injector mount it outside and try to start no spray from the injector, was it because of no pressure on injector or injector clogged? Please help any advice will help Nice video
Hi. Are you getting any fuel out of the filter? Your fuel sender working? Are you getting fuel up to the injectors? Did you check your fuel pressure regulator?
@@RZJugaar yes fuel is coming to filter after filter to the hpfp after to the common rail after to injector from injectors i can see on return line fuel is out so idk if is clogged or not enough pressure...

Hi Jugaar Great videos of turbo removal and test. I have the same issues with a 2.7 turbo. When you removed the turbo, did you replace it with another one, if not how did you overcome lack of turbo boost. Cheers, Andy
Hi. I have another video that discusses p023d and boost pressure. I'm pretty sure it'll help you understand your problem. My issue turned out to be a boost pressure sensor which is apparently a common failure item in these cars. I didn't replace my turbo
@@RZJugaar Thanks for the prompt reply Where is the turbo boost sensor Cheers Andy

Hello, I have codes P0733, P0735, P0868, P0944, P1790 and P083B. Some time ago i noticed when slowing down that it’s not shifting properly between 5th and 4th gear and especially between gear 3 and 2. It feels like it stays in higher gear and when shifting 3rd and 2nd gear there is a sound something similar when you drive manual transmition and car is in 3rd gear but you don’t give it gas pedal, like it’s chocking. Few days ago, car stopped reacting to gas pedal in driving. I turned the car off and on again I was able to drive in first two gears but as soon as it reaches 3rd RPMs are going, but it seems like there is no gas/acceleration. I changed the filter and the oil it works now, I am able to drive it but still have problem with downshifting from 3rd to 2nd gear, there is that sound again that reminds on not hitting the clutch while driving manual transmition. Please help.
Seems like your transmission oil filter is clogged or sucking air. Oil pump is not getting oil supply because of that and this is triggering p0944. All other codes are resulting from loss of oil pressure. Are you sure you are still getting these codes after the service? If yes you need to check if the oil filter was properly seated and old seal was replaced. If no then get it scanned again and share codes
@@RZJugaar thank you. I changed the oil and the filter and same thing occurs. When accelerating no problems at all, only when deccelarating. Could it be torque converter?
@@milanzel can you confirm that your error codes are current? Did you delete old codes and record new ones after the service?? Do you currently have a check engine light?
@@RZJugaar no check engine, i guess they deleted the codes. I will try to run them tomorrow again to see if there are any new codes
Also, I forgot to mention. When I start the car and select Drive or Reverse there is some clunking noise coming under the hood. When switching to Neutral or Park no noise.
Ever had fuel cooler fail and mix fuel with water and water with fuel
Never heard of it. That would be the first time.. which cooler? The one in v-section or the one under the driver seat floor?
Did you ever get a chance to test out the repair?
Unfortunately I didn't get the chance so far. It's still in my garage ready to go.
They were the peeling stretch marks on the converter, change the oil pump, converter and filter. but.... now it only goes in reverse, and I have the active code P0871 that you recommend. thank you so much
Hold on. You just have p0871 and no rationality codes. This video will not solve your problem. You'll have to look behind the pump. Is this the only code you are getting?
Yes, only that code, P0871 and it only goes in reverse, it is a 2009 Dodge journey 3.5l, when you put D it jerks but it does not roll
@@arielnunezpinon4450 Sorry my bad, i ready P0871 and my mind processed it as P0731. P0871 is definitely a rationality error and this video will help you understand why this error is generated. Rationality switch errors are usually intermittent and not permanent like the one you are facing. Let me ask you this, when the oil pump was replaced, are you sure the input clutch drum was not moved and if yes, was it properly seated? If you move lever from D to S and then manually change the gears to 6, does it not move in any of them?
very good video. thank you very much
So you've basically just destroyed that module with that crowbar!
Well that pretty much sums it up ;)
Ithink I have this issue also. Thanks for video
Is there a link of where you bought the o rings? My focus has developed this issue.
I tried multiple sizes (eBay sells kits of o rings various sizes). None of them would work. They'd either pinch or too big to go in. Lack of space is another issue. I'd recommend using a gasket maker. It's easy to work with and doesn't leak.. tried and tested.
Can you please guide which Gasket maker you used?
I used "threebond gasket maker" for it's sealing and healing abilities. It's also acceptable for water bodies so it's suitable for this application. You can use any available sealant acceptable for water bodies.
@@RZJugaar Thank you so much!
YOU ARE A GREAT MAN ❤
Bonjour What is this error? Shifts through all gears without any problems when cold Wait, the gear won't change I turn the car off and turn it on, it's fine, it goes a little bit and then it starts back up Crank oil filter just replaced Code p1790 p0868 p0733 p0734 Help 🙏🏽
Engine oil filter replaced or transmission oil filter replaced??? Do you have P0944 or whining noise?
Hi! How I can find this tool ?
Are you referring to the Transmission spring compressor? They are easily available on eBay and Amazon
Hi Brother, I have P1335 - EGRPosition Sensor Minimum Stop performance. WHat could be the issue?
The pcm is not reading the location of EGR flap correctly. If it's intermittent, check if connector is properly plugged in. If the code is active, your EGR needs replacement. The feedback mechanic is toasted
Thanks bro, Also on Dashboard, it shows DSC fault check engine.@@RZJugaar
That is normal. Everytime the car goes into limp mode, the the ABS module will throw a DSC fault. The root cause is EGR so nothing to worry about.
Hello! I am having codes P0732, p0841 pending stored is P0733, P0841,P0846, P0944, P1790, P083B. Do you think it would be the solenoid pack? It was going into reverse and now doesn’t even go into reverse or drives.
P0732 and P0733 maybe caused by P0841 and P0846 which shows you have problem with your rationality switches. Refer to my last video on rationality switches and you'll get the answer. Your solenoid pack may needs cleaning. This is also verified by P0944 which is loss of pump prime. This means that your oil filter is so clogged that pump is having difficulty pulling fluid from it. Your transmission needs fluid pressure to work and will not go into any gear if there is no pressure. I can bet that you'll be hearing the whining noise from the pump which is due to absence of hydraulic fluid. I'd recommend replace transmission fluid and filter first. This should resolve all problems especially P0944. If you are still left with P0846 and P0841, go after the solenoid pack.
I have a diesel territory 2011 ..My 2 front brakes are stuck on with a DCS fault on dash ..Would 2 brakes go same time and did you get the DCS fault
The brakes usually do not have anything to do with DSC lights. You can run computer diagnostics to find out the code which is throwing the light. I'm pretty sure your brakes issue is unrelated.

Would swaping the wires would have worked as well instead of swapping the pumps?
If you swap the wires the switching on the rear washer would trigger front washer which means your water will come from front but to clean that up the PCM will switch on the rear wiper. Since PCM doesn't know you've swapped the wires
Excellent Jugaar, Thank you ...and great videogaphy too.
I had to break a few tabs on that housing lol; that is ok as you can seal everything up.
Would a P0191 code be a valid reason for replacing the fuel pressure rail sensor? I'm getting this particular code, but having no issues starting the engine and overall the car runs fine.
P0191 definitely indicates a bad fuel sensor but since you are not having any issues, I assume your problem is either intermittent or entirely something else and you need to be careful with the code. Ensure that the connector is properly plugged in plus the PCM is able to see it.. and figure out when is it triggered.. it may be temperature dependent..
J'ai y cette problème monsieur
What car do you have? Engine size? Diesel? Is it running?
I'm no mechanic but over time brake fluid absorbs water from the atmosphere, which could corrode the piston. Regular maintenance of bleeding and flushing the brake fluid might prevent this?
Bleeding and flushing is part of maintenance but the root cause of this particular issue is it's construction. Pistons are made of 'Bakelite' and covered with a protective coating. They swell overtime and hence...
Great Video Sir !

HI. my car is burning the 3 speedy sensors...oss, sensor speedy 1 and sensor speedy 2. Damage one of then, same days, the other and then the other..you change for new one, worls fine..around a mounth, returns the problen. I change the module, and the problen is the same...change the cable , battery and alternator..and the problen is the same...Have any idea?
What fault codes you getting for faulty sensors? Are they physically damaged? Are you using genuine replacements?
P2767, for ex. but all DTC is "there is no signal from sensor a, or sensor B or oss". not burning at the same time...when you change by a new one, reset dtc, the transmisson works fine...for some days..yes, genuine sensors..@@RZJugaar
Your problem maybe coz of multiple reasons. Most common of which is a bad ground to TCM.. check your ground fist. Next up is hooking up an oscilloscope to your sensors and read signal directly. This will help you figure out if they really are bad or TCM is unable to read a sensor even if it is good. Do not replace a sensor unless you are sure it's faulty. The problem maybe intermittent because of a bad ground and not because of sensors
Very informative thank you
you are right. Air leak between the filter and the box can cause P0944. It is the most common reason incase of 62TE. Did you remove the old seal? Did you try to put in a new seal without removing the old seal? another reason of P0944 can be the low level of transmission fluid.
@@RZJugaar j'ai l'impression que c 'est impossible de l'emboiter jusqu 'a la buté .justement la premiere fous , je n'avais pas changer se joint car il etait trop dur a enlever. @@florian76400 so you are using two seals which explains why you are getting the error code. The old seal can be removed using a seal removal tool. Its hard to remove it using a screwdriver. I suggest if its impossible to remove old seal then reuse it with some gasket maker between seal and the filter. It's cover the air leak. Let it dry for 24 hours before putting new oil in.

Is this the same engine they put in the land rover Discovery 2.7 I took it to the garage and the mechanic said it's fuel pump on the back of the engine not working properly. I was just reading the comments shall I look at replacing the fuel filter first.
Yes, it's the same engine and yes, replacing the fuel filter can solve most issues... Depends on what problem you are facing
@@RZJugaar engine turns over but doesn't start, it drove to the shop 2 miles down the road and had to have it recovered back.
@@alistairparkin8364 If i were you, i'd confirm the shop diagnosis first. To do that, check if there's any fuel coming out of the fuel filter (towards HPFP), if yes then problem is with your HPFP. If there's no fuel coming from your fuel filter, feed some diesel directly to HPFP and see if it fires up.
Thanks mate, really appreciate it
