No offence but the ceiling and cracks look bad. Whats the issue? Subsidence? One year on what is the situation now. Re The ceiling situation is there no way you could have steamed it off?

Always flow the flooring through if it's the same. If will make the layout look bigger without doorbars. Also box in any pipes it looks better and also easier to paint.

Hi Luke, this was a bit of an editing cock up on my part 😬 the wall removal and beam was £2,210 and the bricking up doors and new window was £1,242 so £3,452 in total

Thanks Dave! I used roughly 1 part water 6 parts paint (Armstead trade white). It’s different depending on the paint used 👍🏻

Cheers Kevin! I’m not sure on the homes under the hammer dates, they’re waiting on a date (will let you know). Yes the airless sprayers are brilliant. Make sure to prime into a bin bag or something similar as the spray gun can back splash. The only thing is you have to tape and cover absolutely everything, the paint mist will get everywhere. 👍🏻

I got a good project manager in for that. He held the plug and then got the heavies in for the lifting. Stay tuned for the next video they might make an appearance
