I finished the softmod, but every time I boot the system it starts with the original green animation and then the cerbios animation. Is that normal? And is there a way to only have the cerbios animation?
all i keep getting is error code 21. i can't even do this. any help?
This can also be done with an Android phone. It's just a little bit more complicated.

Welp, I know what I must do to my painted 1.6. That thing already got a 1TB WD Green and a RPi Pico as modchip (Modxo ftw) and all it needs is a quieter fan - the one in there is a factory Sunon that's as loud as the 360 Deltas if not even worse.

I am in a bit of a pickle. I got done modding my xbox and everything else seems fine. Ive checked all my solder points and redid them if they felt off. I have xexmenu on the flashdrive like you instructed. The drive was formatted with my xbox and everything. I've even tried different drives but my issue persists. Whenever i try to copy XeXMenu from the the USB, it asks to sign in. So i sign in to the temp account and then it gives an error. It says "Xbox Live: This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again" and the error code is d000007b. I am unable to copy XeXMenu to the hdd. I've also tried different harddrives to rule out that possibility. I then went ahead and just used Fatxplorer to copy the files to the hdd manually, but now whenever i boot up a game and it asks me to select a storage device for saves. It gives the same error as previous. So i cannot select the hdd to store my save data. What can I do to fix this? I just bought this xbox from someone yesterday. It was unmodified.
Hey MrMario, my Webman app looks different than yours. When I click on Webman games it doesn’t show me the folders of “PS2,PS3, Bluray and DVD” etc.. any ideas?

Hello i use this method i have all my games in a flash drive in iso format the ps3 can read and play them, but how do i move this isos to the hard drive of the ps3 becouse the sc car that im using is to slow
If you have a western digital external hard drive and dont see the Bluray/dvd folder on webMan Setup you have to format your hard drive with the WD quick formatter tool (google it) they have on their site and when you do make sure you click XP Compatible when you format it. After that your drive will be recognized by prepISO. I had to do this because my drive was not showing up and no Bluray/dvd folder no matter how many times I restarted my PS3 and hit the x button on prepISO.
Nothing exclusive to Western Digital, sounds like that just makes sure the drive is MBR and not GPT.

at 30:16 i accidently pulled solder out of the circuit board what can i do to recover on the post point
Easiest fix would be to use a POSTfix Adapter, install that, and use the pad on there as your POST point.
@MrMario2011 I gave it some thought and I just looped a wire to.the other side and used a exactoknife on the post point like the pll
So ive tried 7 discs and none of them read, double-checked compatibility and retried the remaining five, eject and refresh multiple times and it only comes up as playstation 2 disc no matter what i do. Ive got webman, but seeing as how i can't even get to the create iso stage it doesnt seem to matter.
Gonna Have to boot my ps4 up and see what version it is. Atleast the controllers are on its CHARGER
I dunno how often it's mentioned, but people should put a disclaimer about how one routes their wires and why. I wasn't paying too much attention to how I placed them, and it caused my Xbox to constantly free on Aurora menu. I opened up my Xbox to double check and decided to move some wires because I figured there was some noise being introduced. I also redid my solder points and now my Xbox is not freezing anymore. Whereas it used to freeze consistently after a few minutes.
After doing all of this Nothing appears on webman only the webman setup and PS®3 (I formated the usb via otg on my mobile)
Hey I need help with something, while installing homebrew on my ps3, I check Install package files, standard and there is nothing that shows up there, and yes I do have my key in there and the file is in there so idk why it doesn’t show up

I have wasted 5 hours of my life trying to get this to work, and it simply wont work, no matter how many times i try, the program will only make a file called CONFIG instead of PKG. i can't believe how much sadness your video has brought to my heart, i've been trying to play ps2 games for a really long time, i come from trying to fix my ps2 and wasting around 70 bucks on it, for it to not work. And now this... I hope this tutorial works for everybody else, i wouldn't wish this to anybody... it seriously feels bad.

Got a cech 2501b for $25 on Facebook yesterday, loud fan, but works great , if it bricks, no loss. A clean, thermal paste and cheap ssd will be the next steps before jailbreaking, understand the ssd will be very bottlenecked, but it will help with loading and texture streaming on a good amount of games... Excited 👍😅

I cant lie, the loud ps2 had a slight charm to it. It's not as intense as the original ps3 or 4, its subtle.
I am using the x360 usb pro v5 kit to flash my drive (Slim Lite-On DG-16D4S Drive 0225 WINBOND). I bought supposedly an unlock PCB (is there a way to tell on JF?). the PCB is a Slim Lite-On DG-16D4S 0272 when I went to write, it only went through bank 1 and stopped there. now I haven't been able to even put it on vendor mode again. is it locked now? do I need to buy a new one? luckly I have my original key and dumy file from the original drive. my questions: 1. can I buy any 16d4s unlock card or does have to be a winbond 0225? 2. can I use a 16d5s to flash it or does it have to be a 16d4s? I have one around and I believe is unlcok. 3. what is the easiest way to know if a drive is unlcok with JF without screwing things up and locking it? thank you!

Back in 2016 I had issues with MX4. It started to separate on my Jasper after 2 months, and the grey stuff got pressed out of the heatsink, and only the oil stayed on the chip. Luckily, it did not get harmed. Probably was just a bad batch.
