exploring_it_all

Welcome to exploring it all! We are a young family of 4 travelling Australia. We folded up our electrical business so we could make the most of the last year we have left before our eldest child Eli starts school. His Sister Sienna will only be a year behind so now was the the time to get out there.
We are passionate about getting out there and exploring what this beautiful country has to offer. We have decided to share our adventures with our family and friends on KZread so they can keep track of us. We hope you guys will also get some value out of our content. Hit subscribe to keep up with our adventures.

    Nice video mate. When was this, looks so quiet at Emma gorge. We’re coming to El Questro this Sunday with our Peregrine.

    Thank you. This was about 3 weeks ago. El questro was really quite busy. We were shocked at the lack of people at Emma gorge and we'll as you'd have seen all of the gorges we went to but we made a point of going late in the day and it worked a treat. Once the school holidays hit though it got a bit crazy

    How much PSI on the sand? Looks like street pressure? Maybe try again with 10 and enjoy

  • @exploring_it_all
    @exploring_it_all3 ай бұрын

    Hey Philipp, I talk about tyre pressure in the first minute or so. Started off at 21 not knowing the conditions and ended up at 18 on the first obstacle. When your car weighs 5t and you don't have bead lockers 10psi is not really an option. Oh and we certainly enjoyed it.

  • @philippgeisler4590
    @philippgeisler45903 ай бұрын

    @@exploring_it_all I don't want to annoy you but ( :) ) we spent some time with an Unimog without beadlocks. It was aired down up to 6 PSI and it took a lot to finally debead a single tire. It debeaded with sliding sidewards and downwards onto an elevated icepack, so the weight of the Unimog was pushing the rim over the obstacle, with the sidewall blocked at the obstacle. You definitively will need to have a lot of caution with transversal acceleration and with obstacles. However, airing down might help you dramatically with steeper and longer climbs on sand.

    That's awesome, you're going to love it. We spent 2 months also and it was good amount of time. I would certainly suggest ppf for the chev but if not just watch any beach and bush tracks and they seemed pretty tight everywhere. I have done a few vids around tassie so check them out but trial harbour was very tight so maybe don't go there 🤪

    Haha “Dad stop talking” that was so cute. The gas cover I’m ok with, its the water valve cupboard door next to the toilet I always get hubby to put back on. (sojourn couples) Thanks for sharing your tip and happy travels. 😊

    She's a bit bossy 😂. Oh really, I can't actually picture the cover that you're talking about. All of our valves are just in the cupboard under the washing machine, but it's just a hinge door 🤔.

    Hi Shaily, So we went 2 days in a row. They seemed to be there pretty much all day but the big guy was there around 8am on the second day and there was next to no people either. The first day we went around lunch time and it was rather busy but plenty of rays. The campground next door sells pilchards if you would like to feed them 🙂. . Enjoy it is an awesome experience

    You are in Tumut! We will be there next week for family Christmas (first run for the new Ranger Wildtrak). You have found some great spots from my younger days - whole weekends on Blowering water skiing. Thanks for the memories. Enjoy!
