Violet Crumble was first made by Hoadley's Confectionery from Melbourne, and the chocolate covered honeycomb was a favourite of Mr Hoadley's wife Violet. It has always been packaged in a purple wrapper. Nestle bought the rights but eventually sold the intellectual property rights to Menz Confectionery of Adelaide in South Australia.

An ANZAC biscuit is primarily made from flour, rolled oats, desiccated coconut, golden syrup(a byproduct of sugar processing), butter, water and bi-carb soda. Originally made by families for their soldiers during World War I, to replace bread supply.

Unfortunately, no one has told you about the best way to first try Vegemite. You need hot toast smothered with butter NOT margarine and then with a small amount on the tip of the knife and spread it very sparingly over the entire toast. A little goes along way. Only an experienced person would try eating it from a spoon. It is great with a sharp tasty cheese in a sandwich. It is a great flavour enhancer for gravies, stews and casseroles. Hope you decide to try it again, but the correct way.

Hi guys Thank you for your interesting video, the reaction of foreigners after eating Iranian snacks is interesting We eat vanilla cake for breakfast with milk and orange juice or in the evening with tea We eat a rare cookie together with tea We have many kinds of tea snacks A snack with a green and golden packaging, which was white inside, is called Gaz, along with pistachios and nuts from a mountain tree and flour made from it, eat it with tea so that it does not stick to the teeth. Sohan is a caramel-colored snack made with bread flour along with date or grape juice and rose water, which is also served with tea. I suggest you try Iranian non-alcoholic beer, it is very light And thank you for your time

The Gaz or nauget is with pistachios and one with almonds. Italians and Americans have it too. Sohan is almond brittle different than naugett

Thanks so much for this! Also one thing, was the background music supposed to be Persian? Cause that music is just Arabic. And believe me that the difference between Iranians and Arabs is like black and white, VERY different. And since Arabs have caused many genocides and ruins and ravages and invasions on Iranians and brutally imposing their Islam on Iranians, it's actually VERY offensive and painful how people keep treating or talking about Iranians as if they're Arabs or mistaking them for Arabs or mistaking Iran for Saudi Arabia kinda like unintentionally they're pushing salt on open wounds which is why Iranians hate it so much when people don't realize that they're not Arabs. Even languages and races and cultures and the default religions of the two are radically different with Iranians being of Aryan race and speaking Persian and by default being Zoroastrians whereas Arabs are from semitic race and speak Arabic and being muslims. This video would have been so much better if the music was also Persian and NOT Arabic.

Actually the thing that was white is one of the most expensive items in Iran and the last one is the cheapest one . That's beacuse of pistachio and rose water that "Gaz" contains. In Iran there is a special city it's name is "Shiraz".in this city there is a annual festival that people get the water out of roses .so we use rose water alot in our foods and it is so special for us.
