How do you guys do your plate cutting? Hand held plasma cutter? And as far as plates go, how do you draw up your templates? Any software involved or is it more of a guess and check from scratch sort of process? Just a dude trying to learn more about this topic.

Hard starting???? Try Gear reduction started from Power Master. Turns it over quicker making cylinders heat up faster equalling faster start.

The problems i see with I beam suspension is the wheels are probably gyro based (the wheels look heavy and they will spin around rapidly), the camber would probably offset the weight of the circumference and probably cause unstable airtimes.

Nice info. It seems like you edited out the names of the mfg for the link kits, which isn't helpful to a new guy in that one respect. Thanks!

Is there any way to upgrade my twin traction beam from a dana 44 to a dana 50 or 60? I know the F250 had dana 50s. I'm not sure what the difference is.

Is that a silicone intake boot on the fuel filler? Careful, silicone is not compatible with gasoline 😅. You can find chemical compatibility charts online to get a better idea of different plastics/rubbers that would work better, typically buna-N/nitrile would be used for gas. Awesome work as usual, those hinges are sweet. 👍

Yeah I realized that, im going to make the 90* out of steel and then use a small section of 3.5" clear filler hose to connect it to the fill plate! Ill go over that in a future video!

From the exhaust exiting the panel above it? No, it should not effect it what so ever other than maybe some condensation landing on them when its cold out
