Lived there from 1991- 1993. A couple of notes. Don't attempt to smuggle a pony keg up the trash chute. It will get stuck. Also there is a secret door behind the kitchen that will take you to the basement where you can smoke without getting in trouble.

It looks so much better than just 3 years ago.

Please make more SDSU videos! Im looking to transfer there, I'm hoping I get in though, my major is super common 😩

ugh I keep watching this video as I apply for schools this month. SDSU is def my #1

I got into SDSU Honors, so now I'm just waiting on the rest of my college decisions. I definitely have a great option in the form of SDSU!

I graduated from SDSU. And this is my advice to incoming freshmen, in regards to the meal plan, since you get 3 options. A. Put 800 dollars into your card/student ID B. Get the plan where you have a limit of 10 dollars per day C. Just use your cash/debit card I would highly recommend NOT getting a meal plan, you can control and check your balance through your debit card. I had the 800 dollars meal plan, and now feel it is the one with the worst outcome possible. I would ask them for my balance and they would tell me oh it wont show me your balance, we just tell you when you have no money left. 2 weeks before the semester ended I had absolutely no money left. I dont remember how I survived. I must have been eating a granola per day or something. If you do decide to get the meal plan, I highly recommend getting the 10 dollars a day, because I have always wondered in the back of my mind, "Did they take more money out of my card without my knowledge?"

So I'm applying for Fall 2021, and I was wondering if I should apply to the Honors College or not (I already applied for the regular admission). I know that sounds like a broad question, but is it worth it?

San Diego in general was built by nothing but high surfer dudes who thought it would be radical to make their whole city planned like it was a frugos yogurt shop. I fucking love it

Hi I just got accepted into SDSU as part of the early admissions thing. Should I apply to the honors college? What are the perks of it besides a nice dorm? Are there any downsides (harder schedules, increased workload etc)?

I would just apply. Pretty sure the perks are better housing, priority registration, smaller class sizes, and maybe a few honors coursework requirements? idk tho, I’m in the same situation so I’m applying.

Thats the joke lmao. We paid the same fee for living in a dorm yet we got stuck in the worst one. We shared the same courtyard as Zura and we werent even allowed to use there pingpong equipment. We had to go out and buy our own. Theres Zura a paradise dorm and then Maya/Olmeca right by it which is so old and gross its ridclious we paid just as much as them:/ but oh well we made the best of it and had a hell of a year. No matter what dorm you get it will be amazing! I just wished you could pick dorms and that the rates were different for each building.

Parker Hudson Perry I literally just got my dorm assignments this morning and I got tenochca. I applied for a triple but they gave me a double so I was kinda heated bc now I have to pay more. Is that a good dorm? And do u think you can switch dorms before the year starts in late august?

What really? Tenochca is called T-nasty by like everyone haha. I only went in the building once to go up to my friends room and it was hella crowded. Her room was a triple and once I saw it I was so happy I had a double haha. Trust me the room cannot accommodate 3 people, be happy you got a double. I thought all of t-nasty was triples, I didnt even know they had doubles. The weird thing is that they revised it second semester. Everyone who lived there last year moved out right before the second semester started and moved into the new apartments across the street. I have no idea how much nicer it is or anything but if its only a double thats not too bad. About switching dorms I know nothing about that process unfortunately:/ I know this sounds corny but your room and the building your in doesnt matter all that much. You will make friends regardless and when you live in San Diego theres always so much going on that you're never there anyways. You meet your best friends through the dorms so its honestly less about the building and more about what you make of it. T-nasty isnt great but at least you are next to all of the other dorms unlike UT and Chappy. Again Idk what revisions they made over the last year. If you have any other questions though feel free to ask.

I feel so stupid I got into webers honors college but I declined it bc I didn't want more work but now I realized it's not even that much more and u get zura which is really nice too. I emailed the school to see if I can get readmitted back to webers so hopefully they let me back in bc I already got in but I just declined. Do u know anything about webers honors college?
