How much it cost to stay in those dorms as a freshman and can u stay in those as a sophomore to ?

here is a link that shows the cost! housing.sdsu.edu/resources/rates if your a sophomore there’s sophomore housing that isn’t the freshman dorms but if you wanted to live in a freshman dorm sophomore year you would have to be an RA i believe
