Zummy Racing Time Attack Festival - Tsukuba Circuit - February 12th, 2024

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

The Zummy Racing Time Attack Festival on February 12th, with over 60 drivers registered, was easily among the largest of the season; surpassed only by the Attack Tsukuba Championship itself. When I arrived in the morning, the Gate D parking area was already full of empty flat beds and support vehicles, having offloaded their cargo before sunrise.
Everything from FD's, to Porsches, GTR's to Civics, took to the track, taking advantage of the open run sessions for fine tuning their cars settings. The weather was clear, and the track conditions stayed acceptable throughout the entire event, which led to very little down time throughout the morning. I was able to walk around the circuit and film from a couple different corners.
There were a few personal records that got surpassed at this event, check out the event results here:

I love the little wheel nut holders that are hung on the studs of the rush factory R35 - so simple yet genius

Maybe it could be a good idea to put a table with the results of the event as a last picture of the video... 😊. Anyway, really thanks for these videos and for the channel overall... keep up the good work 😇

www.naritadogfight.com/ranking We keep a record of each drivers best time that is growing each season. I usually put text in the video with each drivers best time of the event but its super time consuming.

Really awesome paddock walkthrough. The full carbon SC is wild. Was hoping for more closeups on the S13's. Floating track cars rolling in gear is a fun sight.

The Autobahn SC is so sick. Such a unique chassis to be one of the fastest out there. I think the N-One Z33 is my favorite though. Something about that dry carbon front and end and huge wing on a relatively street looking car is so cool.

Does anyone know why they are heating the FD's rear brakes setup?

  • @NaritaDogfight

time on track is so limited that they can't waste laps warming the brakes, so they heat the brakes and tires prior to their run session

@@NaritaDogfight That just seem so silly!! Tires I can understand but brakes takes very little time to warm up in comparison... But heck I guess it must be working.

According to internet car experts so many of these cars are deathtraps because they've got spacers on. Although I'm surprised at the sizes some are using but I'm assuming thats due to the tyre size limits for the class?

no tire size limits, 295 is the widest size Advan makes in the A050
