But can't they have the models smile? Look like they are enjoying what they are doing? And I would love to see some of these dresses (altered a little in the front) on some women that actually have curves etc. Most people are not built like these models. The fabrics, colors and designs were beautiful!

@@donnamarievalentine1156 models aren’t supposed to smile unless told to. the attention should be on the clothes, not the models. smiling diverts attention away from the couture and onto ur face...this is the world of fashion, models r meant to be skinny and tall to fit the sample size. idk why it’s so hard for ppl to understand 💀

@@lunavb1wp But I notice how gloomy, glum and grumpy they look. So, then, I wonder do they even like the clothes? Personally, I wish they would make clothes for women who don't want their body parts showing through thin/sheer fabrics or their hip jutting out of a big slit of the side or who would like their breasts fully covered and don't want a huge portion of their leg showing. But I guess modern designers don't care or know about modesty or about women who want to look modest. Pretty fabrics and colors and interesting ideas....but I don't want that much of my body exposed. And if the girls looked excited about the clothes, I would be more inclined to buy it. IF I could afford it.

You can keep all your big names but this guy wins hands down! Beauty, style, glamour, elegance he knows it all!!!

I came across this by accident ... just WOW- incredibly beautiful....

Wow! This is one of the first times I've seen a fashion couture show and thought, these are beautiful! Only a few ones I cringed at but the rest were quite impressive. This designer seems like he is single-handedly keeping the bead and embroidery business booming. So many sparkles and I am living for it.

It's because it's mixed with Arabic culture. Most of his buyers are Lebanese singers and if some are rejected they were sold to other Middle East countries to the owners of boutiques. So I wore like two of the designers dresses somehow similar that I have seen here in this runway. Mine were pink and the other light blue they were all swipping the floor 😆 besides I'm an upcoming fashion designer hope to be goooood 😝

Zuhair Murad and Elie Saab are my favourite designers of all time 🙌

Not sure how I ended up with this recommendation, but damn! Wow! I've never seen a collection quite this stunning. Magnificent, regal, timeless, and actually realistic to wear. The fabrics are to die for. The tiaras finish it off. Bravo!

I can't beleive that there is not one mad or upside down design in this fashion show 😁 every dress was a masterpiece, zuhair Murad is a fashion king.

I hope the lucky women who have the privilege of owning these exquisite clothes appreciate the workmanship as much as I do.💐💐💐💐

Stunning. Every piece. A vast improvement over the mismatched, bloated, asymmetrical crap that passes for "fashion" these days.

Absolutely breathtaking! I love the elegant fabrics, the choice of colors and the way they move. They are so fluid. This designer is so very talented. I would buy them all in a heartbeat!

Zuhair Murad can design my "red carpet gown" anytime! I loved this collection! I loved the sparkle, the glitter, the colours and all the styles! Every outfit was beautiful! I would prefer less "see through" skirts for myself, but I loved all of these outfits! All were beautiful, colourful, and elegant _ fit for a queen!

These are the most beautiful gowns in the world, the aray of colors are stunning, breathtaking. You sir are truly an amazing craftsmen of fashion. I wish I had one of each..

Each just as stunning as the rest. This is THE most elegant collection I have ever seen! I may never watch another show again, because it gets no better than this.

These dresses are indeed lovely, but they won't change the world in the way that those "shocking" designers do. McQueen, Kawakubo, Galliano, etc have so many more layers to their pieces beyond mere beauty. Their clothes actually question the nature of beauty and ugliness, too. That's why they're timeless, and shows like this will be forgotten.

The finale gown and cape are reminiscent of Catherine The Great of Russia. Loved the olive colored designs. The entire collection is so strong and feminine. A true work of Art. Bravo

Hi Debe. I was thinking the exact same thing when I was watching this video. I would add Queen Maxima, Queen Rania and Queen Letizia. The sheerness, necklines and hems would have to be adjusted but the impact would still be breathtaking regardless of the adjustments to the designs.

The most beautiful fabrics were wonderfully displayed on each creation (even though a few of the designs weren’t ‘new’ as someone commented). The fabric made each item ‘new’ and the entire collection is just over the top amazing!!

Well sir we have always seen strangely crappy things on the runway thinking who wears them but won't u agree that all the pieces here r gorgeous and practical....

Wow! Everything was just so beautiful. If I could afford it I would wear a haute couture dress once a week just for the heck of it - even if it was only to parade around my house. Fancy dress is my favorite but I don't get to wear anything like this in real life. This was a stunning collection.

Why don't we see more of these sorts of fabulous clothes on the red carpet... If the stars and wealthy looked this fab I might actually watch the global / academy awards

We've all seen runway models donning the latest fashions, right? Most of the time I look for a few minutes and then change the station or link, whatever because I can't fathom the world of contour where so much crap is produced.... and then I see this link and it is the greatest, non stop, brilliant show full of stunning works of art I've ever seen... I'm dying... each and every piece is a breathless work of art! Women, a designer, and a collection where womanhood is embraced, not shunned and glorified. The fabrics.... the embroidery... every single one is something I think almost every woman would dream of and want. Music really sucks though and you know they were all so hot in there waving their brocures to cool off and that one pair of pink sneakers... wtf??? lmao

I am absolutely amazed. Thank you for sharing this gift. Truly the next Valentino with a some hints of Dior and Versace. Truly talented.

@@moonlightm1784 I’m not sure why you think the show’s inspiration is imperial Russian court costumes, except for the finale gown, which is clearly a takeoff from one of Catherine the Great’s court portraits and, therefore, more of a theatrical costume than haute couture. If anything, I’d think the theme is high Italian Renaissance with the liberal application of beadings and embroidery , the peplums, the headband, things that a wealthy, young Juliet herself could have worn.

The gowns are exquisitely sumptuous, one of a kind creations that will make every woman feel like a queen wearing them. Yet, because each gown is so encrusted with jewels, beadings, sequins and so elaborately embroidered that they began to look the same. The brain and the eyes are overwhelmed by the over the top splendor, and the excessive embellishments ended up looking more theatrical than haute couture

The last dress is clearly not Catherine, this is something later from the russian imperial outfits, rather it is more inspired by Maria Feodorovna

WOW!!! I think these are the most beautiful dresses I've ever seen in my entire life. Each of them look like a work of art that should be hanging in a museum. They look like clothing for royalty. Zuhair Murad is a creative genius!

The bridal gown was regal, aesthetic, and breath-taking and fit for a queen and could be modeled as a painting for posterity. Wow Zuhair Murad!

Omg! Love the fabrics chosen to update the MsCalls, Simplicity and Butterrick patterns of the 1930, 1940, 1950 and 1960 and then mixing and matching them! I love it, love it, love it!!!!!

Such an elegant collection...such a cheap soundtrack. The music should reflect what's on the runway. My recommendation for this is ”No Other” in a loop, by Ólafur Arnalds. Lower the volume and play that in order to enjoy this spectacular fashion show.

Interesting coice of music you put down. I tried looking at the show with your music choice instead and it changed all also the way the clothes looked to me....but a more graceful catwalk and maybe more curvy models would bring out the clothes better. ;)
