Macadamia nuts are the healthiest nuts because they have good ratio of Omega3 and Omega6 fats. Raising cows on these nuts could result in very healthy beef. Clearly he's trying to imitate the Japanese method of raising Wagyu beef, which is said to be the tastiest and most expensive.

@@EA-ck4so - these days, cows are also fed ground up items. I agree that grass-fed cows have traditionally given the healthiest beef. But Wagyu beef is meant to have extra high fat content, with a very delicately marbled texture. The cows are raised on an extra fatty diet, so that they'll have extra fatty tissue. Japanese Wagyu beef fetches the highest price.

Cattle are not a climate problem. A couple of hundred years ago there was millions of buffalo in the US Great Plains. Grazing animals are keeping parts of the sw Great Plains from turning into dessert. Keeping the vegetation down and forcing substantial root development. Keeps the soil from blowing away in dry periods. Like the “Dust Bowl” of the 1930’s.
