✅ Ingredients:
2 zucchini
Salt
Black pepper
Grate the zucchini well.
Let it steep for 15 to 20 minutes
3 eggs
Cheese 100g / 3.5oz.
Italian herbs
smoked paprika
Breadcrumbs 100g / 3.5oz
Flour 50g / 1.8oz.
olive oil
Bread zucchini in flour and breadcrumbs
Then in the egg and cheese mixture.
Fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Turn over and fry over low heat for 5 minutes
