Ingredients:
▫️1 large zucchini
▫️10g peeled garlic
▫️1 red onion
▫️1 tsp salt
▫️Oil
▫️2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
▫️1 tbsp soy sauce
▫️1 tsp mustard
▫️1 tbsp ketchup
▫️Black pepper
▫️1/2 tsp paprika
▫️Spring onion
Procedure:
1.Coarsely grate the unpeeled zucchini, add salt, and let it stand for 15 minutes, then squeeze out the water released by the zucchini.
2.Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic, and sauté in oil, stirring constantly to prevent burning, for about 5 minutes.
3.After squeezing, add the zucchini to the pan, simmer, and stir for about 10-12 minutes.
4.Once done, let the mixture cool completely.
5.Then add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard, ketchup, spices, mix well, and serve on toast. Garnish with spring onion if desired.
