@Tikool7 it's supposed to relieve the crankcase pressure between cylinders, I have my doubts. Someone on the zrxoa board came up with it I think so all the sheep over there jumped on the wagon and when they do a 1224 build they have this done also. It's a major P.I.A. to install the rings compared to a full cylinder

Sheep? It was dyno proven by Arlie Martin a passed member who researched and performed the first version and proved the gains. It was worth almost 5 HP on his motor using the same dyno and tune setup on a 1224 ZZR cam ZRX.

Doesnt the zx11d trans already have 6 gears, what custom gear did you put on it. Did I miss something?

BannWorthRulz you must have missed the part that this is a ZRX1200 (5 speed)bored to 1224 with a 6 speed conversion

sniper152 no, I know its a zrx I have one, but you said zx11d with custom 6th gear, is it only custom cause you are adding the 6 speed or is it custom because you added a gear. It's the way you wrote it I guess is what's confusing. Plus did you have to change any thing when istalling the 6 speed trans or was it just a drop in
