Wano was a huge step up, and the raid on Onigashima was up several steps from that. And the final fights have been even more steps up. I can’t wait for this weekend’s episode. My anticipation is at an all-time high.

Btw keep in mind this is a weekly anime adaptation while other animes like demon slayer is monthly so this is even more impressive

There is not such a thing as that "record". That was just misinformation in TikTok. The whole sequense of the animator Vincent Chansard was one minute and fourty seconds and there was a total of 96 impact frames on it, 4 seconds of them.

The crazy part is that demon slayer needs to take a year to animate each season which only has like 11 episodes, while one piece has been getting an episode every single week since 1999 (unless technical difficulties or animators needed a break but that usually only delays it by 1 week)
