Agnipath scheme is very much essential for the country, whatever necessary changes are required, they should be made based on the recommendations of army experts, feel that Agniveer should have a minimum service period of 6 years with atleast 50% reinduction in the regular cadre

It is astounding that Indian Army didn't know that they wanted Light tanks at high altitude despite having access to those high altitude areas in India itself. Only when IA saw Chinese light tanks they realized, they also need light thanks. If this is the case with Indian military then get ready for more surprises from china. Govt of India MUST continue with changes in Agniveer scheme. Aim is to strengthen Indian forces. Finance should never be burden for Indian force personnel. Indian govt can meet defense personnel needs. Comments raised by political parties are not based on experience what Indian forces faces on ground. Let civilians do their work, nation building & defending borders is ONLY for Indian forces & it is duty of every Indian to support Indian forces.

Zorawat light Tank is bound to fail in mountainous & snowy areas. Had the scientist read a little bit of history they would widen the tracks. The Germans realized their mistakes and quickly rectified their mistakes. The Russian T-34 had wide tracks which could easily run in snowy and sluggish land. The Zorawar tracks should be immediately widened or broadened.

The Zorawar tank from the front looks like a BMP. (Looks like they have attached additional armour to BMP from sides). BTW, I'm just talking about design. Hope it performs well.
