But, with God's grace I thought to check on KZread first. Now, I don't have trust in zoom car host people. And by the way, one of the zoom car host CCRs lied to me stating that in case if my car gets stolen then it will be taken care by zoom car host. He never mentioned that I will be getting the depreciation value in last case.

Don't put your car in zoom car there is no customer care no you can't contact them

Well i am that owner who tweeted. My car was found. But i am yet to get back my original RC. Btw I was not found by zoomcar or police. I was lucky enough to be blessed by God, that the thief was caught in drunk and drive and later there came a decision from TS highcourt that police don't have the authority to seize vehicles due to which they were calling the owners and Asking them to collect the vehicles. That is when i came to know that my car was caught in drunk and driving. Else my vehicle would have been scrapped or auctioned by traffic police as it wasn't be claimed by owners, the reason being we never knew it was seized. Zoom car never filed a missing case or FIR in the police station regarding my car in these 2.5 months giving me all lame reason why they weren't filing an FIR. Now my car came back with many dents, scratches. Before getting the car they promised to get it repaired at ASC of my choice. Later they said they themselves gave it to an ASC. Well everything was a lie. They didn't even water wash it. They took it to its hub, cleaned it slightly and returned.

Oh god i am facing the same issue now. My booking ended this morning at 12 and i still don't have my car. Their customer support number is not working. This is so irresponsible. They expect the owner to keep the car ready for the pick but they dont bother to even drop the car back on time or at the designated parking.

Hi all i am from bangalore , But Two days back i rented a Maruti swift for 4days in Delhi as i planned for trip to Mussorie with my friends . So when i landed at Delhi , i saw they changed my car as last moment . but luckily i got almost new car of host who drive 2500km . I was so happy and cautious at same time as it was new . So I drove safely and cautiously as it was mine and just returned yesterday without a dent . My point is in India people are so careless when it come to using rental car or bike . Cant blame only Zoom people as the guys who are running this are not even Indians . We as a customer should know our responsibility . And for Host i would suggest dont fall for greed of money for your new car , Give your car only if its old

Mrei car ko customer ne intrest pe paise leke girvi rakhi thi aur zoom car ke representative bol rahe the ki car ka accident hua hai car police station me hai 15 dino tak gadi wapas hi nahi ayi ane ke bad wo representative hamare upar hi awaj chada rahe the. Car ke 2 wheels pure change kar dale. Screen change kar di back camera band ho gya wiring change kar di steering ki buttons band ho gayi. No. Plate dono nikal dali thi. Ab 2 month ho gye koi damage repairs nahi hua hai..... Dosto gadi agr lagana hai to apni risk pe lagao q ki bohot bada scam hai ye....

Maine zoom car main car lagai thi customer ne mere naye tyre chori ker liye or apne purane tyre laha diye main zoom car ko kafi complaint ker chuka hu lakin abhe tak koi answers nahi aaya haipls koi bhe zoom car main car mat lagao.

Even my car got affected. I raised complaint more than 5times but still no respond from zoom car side. They closing the complaint without giving solution. I stopped hosting. Its totally waste. If u love your hard earned car then don't go for it.

Hi aditya, My car booking was end on 2nd nov 4:21 pm but till date the car was not returned after the end of booking. Even after talking to costumer care there is no solution they say legal team is looking into the matter you will get back in 24 to 48 hours but till now no mail or call received even daily even after calling i get same reply they don't have any office in Delhi or any contact other than customer care i am totally helpless can you suggest some way by which i can get my car info. Please help if anyone knows any procedure.

I attached my car in Zoom car & faced lot headache no proper customer support.Not single time the car reached on time if we enquired about car ,why there is delay then all time answer will be we will communicate in mail.no answer for our query.no one tells actual info about car. Only tension headache so please don't attach your car to zoom. My new car in second month gets accident & faced lots of issues

Just last week I joined their program, after 2nd booking I understood that iam being cheated by zoom. Customer care is not helping they have stupid policies to benefit only Zoom not us. Requested them to remove their GPS device from my car. Unnecessary loss and tention for me. Don't fall in to their trap

I am completely disappointed with zoom car host program i have attached 3 vehicles with zoom car and so many friends i referred but I am trouble and zoom car company not bothered about host issue and not supporting . On March 1 2022 my car Ertiga KA50MA 8965 met with an accident and almost 4 month going to complete but they have not compensate me for this car damage repair and all. Also on 22nd June my I20 KA04MY5673 customer not dropped the car back at my location and customer care team is not responding over call and even not giving solution also . It's very bad i am not suggesting anyone to attach your car with zoom car . They are not supporting host in these situations.

I am 2 parts wetting please tell me

lol you used my car's video. Anyways, it was important. I am having very bad experience with Amigo. Car goes for 4-5 hours, usually at odd hours, every time I have to complete checklist, check fuel, cleanliness, damages as if I have no other work. Customer leaves the vehicle at unknown places according to location shown to them, then I go fine my vehicle and fight with neighbours for parking issue. Once my car was left unlocked, once a person without hands came to pickup car. I know he could drive but it's my personal car why would I put it to risk at any cost?

They damaged my bonnet and repaired it badly. Broken grill was not replaced saying that it is not necessary according to them. My lights were not found working after booking. I had to repair them at my cost. Alignment went totally out and I paid for it's repair. Since two days gear shifting is having problems may be because of some rash driving. That too I have to look into. Customers use my fastag for payments then I keep fighting for refunds. One more thing, if booking is for 50 kms and customer uses it for 100, it's company's profit, you don't get anything in that. And their billing is out of the world, I guarantee you will not understand how much they paid for what. This program is started by them to simply earn and have no tension of vehicle, repair maintenance, parking, staff etc.

Do you know Zoomcar amigo is an illegal model? You didn't cover one of the most important points. Zoomcar Systems will drain the battery in 2-3 days and then you need a jump start every time. The best piece, the customer care take min 15 mins to answer and gives NO resolution.

Agar gadi aap se bhi damage Hui to bhi IDV hi milta hai...so better take more IDV insurance...it's by law

Let me correct you here If there is any damages happened during the booking the zoomcar will bear the cost. But if the vehicle is met with an accident if you wish you can claim the insurance and only your vehicle is theft or became total loss then the IDV will be given

Zoomcar's repair quality is not up to the mark. They have their own categories of severity of damages. In short if the car is damaged then it won't be repaired properly
