Zoom Meeting Templates: creating and using for meeting

Zoom Meeting Templates are easy to create and use for scheduling future meetings. The advantage of using templates is it allows you to have meeting settings already enabled or disabled.
For example, a meeting template for internal meetings may have enabled join before host, record to the cloud already turned on, and generate password automatically for a meeting with a dynamic password already set. I demonstrate setting up a template for an internal meeting in this video.
You can create 40 templates in Zoom. Zoom templates work with the paid and free or basic account.

Hey Chris! I watched your tutorial to figure out how I could save a template and one detail you could include in this great video, which is actually REQUIRED in order to save the meeting as a "template" is that you MUST select the the "Meeting ID" to "Generate Automatically" in order for the "Save as a Meeting Template" link to populate. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this video! Your directions were easy to follow and allowed me to simply figure out the needed step that was missing.

Nice content, 1 thing to add, in order to save the template, the Meeting ID has to set to Generated ID and not Personal Meeting ID.

I do not have such option as "Save as template" in that place. Is it because of Personal ID?
Is it possible to share a template once it is saved? I have been using the templates with no issues for over a year, but now I have other paid accounts linked to the main account, but they cannot see the templates I have saved. So only I can access them. I feel it should be obvious how to do this, and would expect it to be a standard feature. What am I doing wrong?
Is there a way to use a saved Zoom template via Outlook? I usually schedule my meetings via outlook.

Donna, you can only use templates when scheduling from the web.
Can you use this same template with both your free and paid accounts? i.e., transfer the template to another ZOOM account...

Great question. I would imagine, if you *upgraded* your account, it would work. If you sign up for a new zoom account, you would have to create the template again.
Don't know why, about every 4 words you say the video stops to advance. I'm losing the thread and it takes a very long time. This is the info I would like.
