Hi thanks fornthe video. Lets say we have an fx chain like tube scr Amp cab chorus delay reverb. Can i assign effects to switches like drive, chorus, delay, reverb?

I bypass the amps and use the effects and eq in the loop of my EVH and it's fantastic! I smack the front with a TS and a fuzz face and it sounds great.

The sound is very very good, but it sounds to me lacking a bit of sustain..... Any solution or any suggestion for another board same range of price, so to compare before buying? Thanks

Sounds every bit as good as the Helix.

It sounds best in an effects loop and using pedals or an amp for gain. I wasn't impressed with the models at all but the effects are fantastic!

Is there a setting on the Zoom G5n so that when you change from one patch that is using delay, to another patch, that the delay repeats persist even though you have gone to a different patch, which may or may not have delay?

Thanks for the demo, nice job too! Hey one question: Does the volume pedal work before pushing down on it to engage the wah wah? I have the G5, the volume does not work if the wah is set under the pedal switch.

TONESEEKER7 Not quite sure if this helps a little but everytime u press the volume pedal on any multi effects processor with this feature to switch to Wah mode that will happen because the pedal is not in volume function but wah mode.

In the zoom g1xon there is an option where you can choose wether you want to use the expression pedal as volume or wah

Huge let down , no global setting for Volume pedals you cant assign Wah or other function to the toe-switch like the boss and others, I always like the facility to have a wah' available on the pedal, but its only assignable as a volume individual per patch, crazy , also the volume range was useless on my unit, after repeated initialising, it only worked from 50%to100% travel.

I'm sorry sir but it's not true these are only for people who can't play ;) We've tried more than 300 real amplifiers, and we love them. But also digital devices are interesting.

The G5 has a very artificial dynamic if you carefully listen to the tone of each amp/cab sim or such ...its ways over compressed to make it sound big but if you play on that kind of tone 4 a while you get stuck from it N feel like nothing is going on your instrument N just wanna grab a couple of pedals back again into your rig... Its so stupid that the Zoom corp. has removed the killer analogic transistor / dual tube preamp circuitry of the G9 series N downgraded so much IMO its @lgos which where kinda interesting n nice in this G9 unit ...the overall design is cool N looks pretty nice to me but the sound is just crap ...N no dual processing whatsoever... i bought a GT100 its a real monster N best bang 4 your buck !!!! i run it in parallel with my G9 tube swaped 4 GrooveTubes 12Ay7 + ECC83
