Honestly…. The stock speaker I think… although I wish it had a bit more jangle. The Supro had it in spades but was missing the low end. Wonder if you mixed them how it would be? Little jangle here little bass there, would blend well or just get weird…?

Just bought this pack. Decent pack, great drive sounds. Cleans feel like an afterthought, very boring. Overall I liked it.

Pretty cool patches, but do they come with the reverb, echo, and the iconic phaser tone built in? Those were key aspects of Eddie’s tone as well

A unique distortion character, and a unique equalization curve made it its own thing. However I always found that the EQ curve basically sucks rocks so I got better, bigger tones by running an external EQ and adding some bass and treble back into it.

That’s better and better! Love that you don’t shave low end too much because it’s something we can eq later to fit in any mixes. But that so nice to play and inspiring, real amp have a lot of low in room condition

3 of my favourite guitarists swore by these amps - Jeff Carlisi (38 Special) and Dan Huff (Giant, Michael Bolton, Peter Cetera, Lionel Richie etc and everyone in Nashville), even Eddie Van Halen created the 5150 from the Peavey Classic. I'm not a great fan of the Blue Marvel speaker though, give me Celestion Cream Back Neon any day. I tend to use the Classic 20 these days, all pedals through the clean channel - the cleans of a Fender, the honk of a Boogie

If Mooer would support their products, I'd buy a GE1000. Considering that you're basically rolling the dice, and could get a dud, be out of that money completely, without a working unit(beyond standard store warranties you buy from), that completely kills these units for me. They sound amazing and are packed with features that rivals competitors but not supporting your products is inexcusable and unacceptable in today's competitive market. I was a click away from buying one of these, read a ton of reviews on the non-existent customer support, units dying within a month of light usage, it scared me away. It's a shame too because Mooer actually has some great offerings

@@jorgemauriciomercado288 agreed! Oh how I miss my AX8 , Helix LT, AXE FX II XL, and Kemper. I had to sell off 90% of my gear to pay for surgeries and to make up the loss of income when I became deathly ill. I'm finally getting back to a point of reacquiring some of what I lost. I was in the market for an affordable processor unit to tide me over until I get either a quad cortex or FM3/9. I hardcore considered getting one of these Mooer units until I read numerous comments about being left high and dry by the company with updates and if your unit dies prematurely. So instead I ended up getting a Pod Go for $300. It's close enough to the Helix to suit me for time being. I wish fractal would make an entry level offering, similar to line 6's product offerings, but I guess they really don't need to.

Josh always plays this pedal down, like he's not really that proud of it- I guess because he feels like the TS has been done to death, and it has- but this is an awesome pedal. I had the packrat at one time- it was great to, but I think I prefer the Bonsai. I just don't use distortion much- i use overdrive constantly though. If I do want distortion- I usually want heavy distortion like a Metal Zone or something.
