Zoom G1 FOUR: LOOPING tutorial - Fun stuff!

Музыка

Welcome to my third video about the Zoom G1 FOUR multi effects pedal. In this vid we take a look at looping. Looping is a skill that has to be practised like any other creative process, and the G1-4 gives you good versatility and simplicity to enable great outcomes. I was surprised by what I could do in just a few takes!

What pedal do you know that has foot operated knobs? Most pedals are meant to be preset up. Very rarely do you see someone tweaking a pedal live...and when they do... they bend over...lol Maybe if you got crazy dexterous toes you can find one with big gnarly knobs for all features and tweak away to your heart's content...

  • @WoodomainJeremyBroun

@@BendApparatus I did not say anything about foot operated knobs which obviously are rotated not pushed. LOL. It would take me too long to link you to the numerous videos showing guitarists bending down to make adjustments during a song. If you understand my simple statement it is the design of pedals that is the issue. Yes of course there are presets but the existing pedals could be mult functional such as the single footswitch on the Boss RC5 looper, two quick succession pushes are prest to do a single push and a long sustained push has another function. See my video which features the Boss RC5 : kzread.info/dash/bejne/oJeOsMuac9LOXaQ.html

@@WoodomainJeremyBroun I understood your simple comment... Maybe you didn't understand my reply... I stated musicians bend over to tweak pedals...so why would I need you to list videos of them doing so... I stated most pedals are set before a song or show and kept that way for the duration of use... This is why pedal boards where born no? I know about the boss looper. I understand what you're saying. Pedals are for feet...or at least they originally where... Rack mount FX units are for synth/hardware musicians... But we hate those right? They're so friggin large... I'm guessing, English is not your native tongue?

@@BendApparatus I understood your reply. You wrote 'What pedal do you know that has foot operated knobs?' And to try to word my reply more clearly I am saying who said knobs can be foot operated? Push switches and pedal controls are foot operated on a foot pedal. LOL. What have rack mounts got to do with this or English not being my native tongue? I simply made an observation and attempted to explain that the Boss RC5 which incidentally has a clear display that can be read without bending down, is a well designed foot pedal for this very reason - you dont have to bend down while using it!
