@@NotShilKa "Shaun of the dead" directed by Edgar Wright. Starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. They're an amazing comedic duo, you should watch their other films together too. "Paul" is another good one. Plus the trilogy that Shaun of the dead is part of (the other two films aren't about zombies) one's about an apocalypse brought on by aliens and the other they're both bobbies (British cops)

Coming from Gaijin, I really thought it was some crazy update with zombies on the map.

I use zombie farm for making money for my tank since 3 or 4 month ago, pretty useful :)

Now that you mentioned the zombies a lot of the naval oddities makes more sense now, I've seen ships that just sail straight past other enemy ships without even flinching on their way towards our spawn. Or ships that sail the complete wrong way and just keep going until they run aground near our airfield or something. I've always wondered about those people, first I suspected a bad case of afk, but yeah zombie farming makes more sense.

Also, they like to spam smoke every time they get hit 😆.

Another fun thing about zombies, AI controlled guns can often shoot through certain types of terrain, meaning that you can't even fight back a portion of the time when playing close to shore. On the other hand, their aim usually isn't the best, so free kills :)

Ive taken to calling them sparklers. All guns firing in all directions makes them obvious hat they are.

As a professional boat rancher, thank you for describing my daily naval grind with your intro. I have no idea how many of these things I've killed, but if you want maximum efficiency, you gotta use something with a high fire rate like Brooklyn. During events when botting is at its highest, you can legit be the only human on either team.

You are actually the first WT youtuber to speak about this problem of zombies in Naval (Well I don't know a lot of other WT youtuber I watch tbh), I've played Naval for quite a while and for me those zombies always existed, I still like to imagine what would be a game with just full players on naval instead of bots. It would completely change the way it's played. I feel it would be very complicated to resolve that problem because Naval is based on "Micro-managing" and a huge situational awareness compared to the two other gamemodes, hence why you can delegate actions to the AI to lift a bit of a burden off your shoulders. But putting away those mechanics would make it harder for other players (maybe I don't really know...) I just hope for the day Naval would be rid of those zombies so it can be played the way it was meant to be.

​@@DOLLARplays One solution could be restructuring many maps especially open ones. The reason why these bots are so succesful is that majority of naval maps allow spawn-to-spawn shooting so botters can just sit and shoot right from the start and this is how they get consistent rewards. There's a reason if bots in ground battles are so rare because most of them gets stuck in to an house or something similar near the spawn because maps in ground are much more complex than in the other modes. If this could be replicate in naval maybe majority of bots would simply beach on an island near the spawn and this would drastically reduce their reward, thus less and less people would use them to farm.

They are present in gf and air as well, the ones in air are just going from map border to map border until they are positioned over a base and then drop theirs bombs, they also have auto flaring when any missiles is spotted, those zombies mostly play A5Cs and AV8As.

Sometimes, when I’m tired in Naval, I like to go zombie mode to watch the cinematics and feel like a battleship with all my turrets firing at multiple targets. Of course, I still turn and stuff, but it’s fun to watch your ship tank and return fire.

I'm loving warthunder my pc has literally nothing else on it . Hard Forza horizon 5 and call of duty but got bored of those and removed them . Will check out 7 days to die

TBF, the game mode would be completely dead without them. Do you want to have to wait 30 minutes for the matchmaker to scrape together five player teams? So you can spend half of the match sailing around looking of reach other?

Or Gaijin has a million other things to consider as well. War Thunder is like 3 games in one, some things might not get as much attention as others. If Gaijin didn't care they wouldn't be constantly nerfing and buffing stuff.

I totally agree with you Dollar, today i was playing with the british enterprise, and there was a belfast, a eugen and an italian ship, the rest were moffets, guess who was the only one that killed a ship I've been playing naval without a premium account or premian ships since the boats came out and I'm sick of seeing so many afk moffets on my team and losing more than half the games

I like Moffet's in that once you get a decent ship their easy to one shot. Just aim for the rear turret
