Man that's crappy, it's no surprise that everyone branches off to Patreon or Twitch (although I heard they can be just as bad), and I bet the execs at Google just sit there and wonder why. Imagine if in any other job your boss just said "yeah no money for 3 months, we won't tell you why" It sucks you'll have to take down your Dungeons videos, those were the first I watched, and they really helped a friend of mine beat some of the later levels Hope everything works out OK, love your comedy and the chill vibes when you play through games so it'd be a real shame if you had to stop, but obviously you gotta take care of yourself first

I always thought it was a bit low some of the larger channels who make a lot of money on adverts using patreon and asking viewers for cash but now I know why. You're right, a good way to go if youtube can cut you off at any point. No point in using any youtube service that isn't necessary. They're shooting themselves in the foot. Thanks, glad I've helped and glad you enjoy. I've been through the 7 stages of grief and now I'm keen to keep going and build up the audience for when I can get ads going. If I'm honest, it's comments and people such as your good self that keep me going :)

Just as a mention, I'm currently going through the worst part of my life as of yet and your videos have been giving me a way to escape ( and helps me fall asleep 😂 ). I find your story very relatable and the engagement makes me feel like part of a community, as small as it may be. Have you considered streaming your recordings? Twitch is pretty easy and u don't necessarily need a webcam. The requirements for monetization are pretty easy as well, u need 200 followers and something like 4 average viewers over a period, which is relatively easy to achieve.

There is a great western (I grew up on these) called The Outlaw Josey Wales. Things are looking shit and he says, and I paraphrase "you need to get plumb mad dog mean". I always took this as you fight, you get mad and you keep on fighting when needed. Glad I send you to sleep, haha. I do the same with other youtubers. Streaming...one day maybe. I don't think I could concentrate on chatting to people and a game at the same time, but I suppose the game isn't important then. As I say above, reach out if you need a chat or even just want a moan and a vent.
