"Zoho has been around for more than 25 years, and during that time we've built more than 55 business applications," says Andrew Bourne, Zoho’s Regional Manager for Africa. "We've got customers in more than 150 countries around the world, and more than 90 million users trust and use our technology. A huge benefit for Zoho within South Africa is that we have a lot of office local staff and we also offer the pricing of those products in local currency.
"Another important thing to note about Zoho is our technology is built to be very user-friendly. It's easy for someone that has no coding knowledge to learn how to configure the applications for their business. But if you do need to code on it, you can. So I always say to people that you can do the basic stuff which requires no code level… then there's a low code level… and then there's the code level and the sky's the limits in terms of what you do with it.
