I own a retail business that sells products B2B and B2C. I'm a user of Zoho One and we use Zoho Books. Can I use Zoho Finance module instead? I found that without using the Zoho Finance module nothing really syncs seamlessly. what are your thoughts?

At about 8:00, what happens if they leave the page, then come back to the page and fill out the form? Are the original UTM parameters still passed through the Zoho Form even though they're no longer in the address bar?

Great question! You need to use a UTM persist tool if you aren’t sending traffic to a landing page. I recommend a tool like attributor.io that will integrate with Zoho Forms.

Came across Advanced Tracking in Zoho Forms as well. Would that accomplish it without a 3rd party tool?
