Thanks for the clarification. Can customer fields on Books reflect in CRM? I mean 40 to 80 fields.

I am a super Admin on my CRM, but I am also an independent user. So, I have my personal business, and I have the business of those who are in my team. When I log into my account, I show ALL contacts for the entire team. Is there any easy way to toggle between my personal business and the overall branch business?

Thank you for the effort, The presentation would have been better if you actually had fleshed out a typical landscape. As I map my organization I look for other's finished work to validate and inform. Visio mapping of an org chart to roles and permissions. Thanks for the effort.
