Absolutely, just yesterday updated my task management system to have sub-forms with users to assign the sub tasks to! More delegation, automation and free time! :)

Hi Lior, In your video you're showing the create estimate button through a subform in Deals/Potentials. This is exactly what I am looking for but I don't know how to do it.. :( In my case I wish to use it for creating an invoice. Do you, by any chance, have a video or some documentation about creating an invoice from a deal's subform? All kind of help would be really appreciated😊. ~ Michael

Is the information from the subform able to be mapped for conversions from one module to another (opportunities to contacts for example)? And can the data from a subform show up in a report? If I have a Pipeline report and I want to see the items in a subform for a subset of clients, is that possible?

In general we can use deluge to pull subforms data from one module and push it to another. You can also use zoho analytics to report on subforms data.

Hey Lior! Is there any way to configure Zoho CRM so that whenever you create a deal, you can select the products that go into the deal and based off that, the amount of the deal changes? Just like Bigin does whenever you create a new deal. You select the products/services, the quantity, and the deal amount changes depending on the prices of those items. I've been looking for a way to do that but can't find it.

Yes, its a small script that calculate a subform with products. Simple.

Does this new update bromg the same subform capability as we may have in Zoho Creator? Or we also need to consider the max 10 fields limit, hide/show fields conditional way, disable fields in certain condition etc. Or the only new add on is the user field?

I think this is only for Zoho CRM. The 10 columns limit is a problem for many of my customers. I hope they will add more.The addition is the user field mainly.
