To anyone who finds this: if you are struggling(depression/anxiety/trauma/an entirely different struggle), and you find yourself alone, feeling like there’s no one to talk to, I beg you to have the courage to reach out to someone you trust. Whether it’s a family member, friend, teacher, anyone that you wouldn’t hate to talk to. There are also several things you need to know. I don’t care if you don’t believe my words, I only ask that you understand them. Have faith that it can and will get better…keep fighting and know that you do matter. You are noticed. Your struggles are valid and okay to have. Just please don’t go about it alone. Because you were never alone to begin with. (You are not alone in your struggles, and I hope there are people in your life who are more than willing to help). Getting support from others is something that everyone needs every once in a while. And there is at least one person in this world that cares deeply about you(even if that one person is me, a total stranger on the internet). Hang in there, don’t give up just yet.

I relate to you very much, I was always alone as well- until I found an amazing friend who would do anything for me. I mean they even called me in the middle of class yesterday while I was having an anxiety attack just to comfort me, despite the fact that they could get in trouble. You should be very proud of yourself though, being alone is not a weakness- It's a strength, it proves that you don't need anyone to tell you who you are or what you should be.

"I need you to know I would never be this strong without you." Instant tears when I heard that lyric. When I was struggling with anxiety/depression, my French teacher was there. She made my life seem not-so terrible for the 45 minutes I was in her class. She allowed me to forget about the hard things, and to just have fun. She was one of the few who understood what I was going through. I was strong because of her. People think I'm overreacting when I say she saved my life; but to be honest, I don't know where I'd be, if anywhere, without her. Elle m'a sauvè la vie. She saved my life.

It's hard, its heavy and it hurts. But dont give up because that's the fight of our lives, quite literally, and do whatever you can to survive. Ask for help from someone not necessarily parent or guardian. Someone you trust and can help you. Its worth it

At the age of 11 I was feeling really depressed. Then the panic attacks started. At the age of 12 I found my father lying in the floor, lifeless. Then I started getting some help, I was told I have severe depression and anxiety. Keep fighting whatever battle your fighting, trust me when I say this, everything happens for a reasons.

I got depression at the age of 15 then panic attacks started when I was 16 and bipolar disorder. I got some help but it's getting harder every day. I've been there! Stay strong! We can do it!

Guys i’ve been to the psychiatrist lately he had said that I have a depression and he described heavy drugs. Please pray God that I’ll be okay because i didn’t tell anyone about my depression.i’m suffering alone .It’s so hard for me but really i‘me trying to live happily

Hey, stop there I know every inch of anxiety because I've been there since 2020 when it was covid 19 I never like staying at home when it was lock down. And I know it's hard to let it go of the past and myself it's hard for me because I've lost my grandma since August 30th 2014 and I still keep my emotions about it if I talk about it I just bottle it up all the time and last year my mum had breast cancer and now she is a survivor of cancer thank God she is still alive!🙏

My best friend just sent me this and I already planned on asking her out, I'll do it today. Wish me luck, ill update after! Edit: She said yes!!!! Edit 2: sadly we broke up but not because we don't like each other, we moved and I lived too far away at that point, issues with my family and us dating, so we agreed to break up, it was mutual but we are still really good best friends!

I just like Zoe grew up in the foster care system and i completely know how she felt growing up, i am currently 17 and still listen to this song daily.
