All the newer champs actually have facial expressions while the older ones are just still-faced. It would be nice if Riot could do a massive character model update so that half the champs don't look like they came from a PS2 game.

They say they do it for when characters have bigger face (such as yordles) or are incredibly expressive (Zoe) there's not much point giving garen facial expressions when he has a tiny face and limited voice lines
