So glad you reviewed & liked Zoder's Inn. When I was younger my family & I would always stay there without fail during the winter. Just adore it so much! I love how it's located at the end of the strip off in the cut. Normally they have the waterfall going in the pool & also the units we stayed in had heated bathroom floors which was so very nice & just loved hearing the creek at night while sleeping. Such great memories. They used to have a parrot named Caesar for decades up at the front lobby, he was like the hotel mascot but sadly he passed away a few years ago. Glad you liked the place cuz we made the greatest memories there, cant wait to get back there soon! 🙌🏻

Love the review. My parents had the first Honeymoon there 55 years ago, and every year after till they started camping. I'm 54 now, you do the math. Zoder's is a great place and I hope its stays the same. thanks again for your videos. hope to see y'all down the road. keep up the good work.

Wow, very thorough review. We've stayed at Zoders many times but I've never explored the elevator section. I didn't even realize that half that stuff was up there. Glad the pool water was nice and warm for you. Whenever we've been it was ice cold!

I love this hotel Will & Dawn. Ya'll look so cute in the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Like 2 little ducks swimming around real fast.🐤🐤 Haha..!! I started laughing when Will was singing Jolene... in the shower. 😄 You guys were having fun. I love the elevator that takes you up in the look out too. Dawn you're right it does look like a tree house. I'd like to take my mama there. She's in a wheelchair, but I'd have to make sure they had a room with a bigger bathroom for her. It's really hard to travel with her now though. I'll see. 🤔 Thank you Will & Dawn for sharing this with us. Love it !! 👍🥰🥰

Love this review! First, this place holds a lot of memories for us….from our engagement, stay over night in travel to honeymoon to several more nights. Love the creek, rooms and cabins. Second, you all did an awesome review and the pool fun was great!

great video guys! i have stayed at Zoders on at least three occasions. each time was a last minute decision to go to the smokies (tubing in winter) and they usually had vacancies! the stream by the rooms is beautiful and relaxing. i did stay in the more dated rooms, but i know they have been doing some renovations. swimming in the pool and using the hot tub was always fun. the best part is you are right by the main drag of Gatlinburg and you can walk anywhere you wanna go. i will be back in the Smokies Feb.18-21st!

That hotel is amazing, I like when the sink is separate from the bathroom and that balcony 😳…absolutely beautiful!..I’m an old soul so I love when hotels are a little dated..like I always say, we’re not moving in we’re just sleeping 😉..y’all do amazing reviews, keep up the good work and I look forward to many more😊💕

What an awesome part of the river to be on! Love these older motels! Once again excellent use of the time lapse.

Man oh man everything about that place screams 90's. I bet it even has that 90's smell in the rooms, and I mean that in the best way. Like the Smoky Mountain summer times of the past just stuck there and now live there forever. I love it! Thank you so much!

This is a place I would stay. Especially in a room like yours with that type of flooring. It looks adorable there. The indoor pool looks so inviting. Thank you for this review. 💕

All these year's passing by Zoders and I had no idea they had so much offer! I'm impressed with their different types of rentals. I'll definitely keep Zoders in mind next time I'm in Gatlinburg. Thanks Will and Dawn for this great review!

Holy smokes, that place is huge!😳 I had no idea, and the fact that it goes all the way through to 321 is amazing! I could see it being a real mad-house in the summer with lots of noise, though. Great review👍🏼 Thanks for sharing and God Bless🙏

Stayed at Zoders before, and really enjoyed it! It was during Spring, and a great time to enjoy outdoors, the river, and both pools. They even had a parrot in the Lobby. Have pictures and video when we stayed there, and it was very convenient to walk into Gatlinburg! Loved seeing you 2 staying here, and now I want to come back! Reminds me of the 70s/80s, back in the hay day! Definitely great place to enjoy your mornings/evenings! I think they even had hot breakfast, cookies, wine, and cheese back in the day! 😊

Hubby & I stayed here last April. We actually think we had the same room 😊 We absolutely loved our stay. The property is amazing. The history and family atmosphere really is something to experience. Along the river Roanoke that comes down through the Smokies is so peaceful. The location is perfect. It's a MUST ❤

I love this so much! I’ve wanted to see a review on Zoder’s for so long! I would really like to see a review on River Edge Inn, formerly River Edge Motor Lodge. My husband and I spent our honeymoon there 4.5 years ago while they were remodeling and went back maybe six months later. I’d love to see how they’re doing now. That was definitely the best place we’ve stayed in gatlinburg. We also loved Riverside Towers when we stayed in Pigeon Forge last year!

This was absolutely top notch. Since I was young I wanted to stay at Zoders. We stayed at the Terrace years ago before it was replaced by the coaster. You guys did a great job showcasing this entire property. Kudos Will and Dawn.

Wow, we had no idea this property was so big! We always passed it on vacation and I thought it was so cool how they had rooms on the river. It will be on our list for sure next time. The little cabin looked cozy too.

Looks like a great place. That frame around the desk looks like it was a cable raceway for the TV so the wiring isn't exposed. I remember that windmill up at the top being part of another motel years ago, possibly the old Ogle's Roadway Inn. I bet Zoder's bought it when it closed and demolished it to build that upper section.

Forgot to add one thing. We have been there when we were the only ones and it is great. We have also been there when there was not an empty room. It is still very quiet even when the place is packed. You can only hear the coaster while in the parking lot and really only if someone on the coaster shrieks. It is always peaceful at Zoders.

This is my all time favorite hotel in Gatlinburg! Love the creek views, the swimming pool, abc the free cookies!

This is where we stayed last year and we really enjoyed it. Clean, peaceful, and Love being on the stream side. Staff was super nice too! It's perfect too because it was an easy walk for us and our 5 and 8 year old into downtown. Will stay there again this year! Myself and Thomas was like wonder if they will ever do a Zoders review... then you guys posted! God bless!

Since I’m disabled stairs, ramps or elevators are of an interest to me also parking. I know in the Rocky Waters motel you mentioned no elevator and ramp and showed these. I appreciate that. I stayed in the cottage across from the mountain coaster a couple years ago. There was a little noise, but the water sounds from the creek eliminated most of it.

I have driven right by that place and had no idea it was so big. What a nice big piece of property they have and right on the water. I love all the red doors. The pool & hot tub area was nice. It looked clean. The video of you two there, speeded up, was cute. The cabins look really interesting. It would be neat to see what one looks like. Wow, the bathroom was small. Nice review you guys. I like how you guys are very thorough. It helps people like me when I come visit the area. Thank you!

Zoder's is our favorite place to stay!! Those tower suites at the back of the property are great for bigger families. Miss Sheri at the desk is a sweetheart!

I wonder if they’ve done any updates to mountain heritage inn on river road? I used to stay there when I was a kid back in the late 80’s and early 90’s…love to see you both review and do a stay there sometime… keep the hotel stays and reviews rollin… these are awesome….👍👍👍
