Ingredients:
Baklava sheet/ philo sheet
Ashta :
Milk-2 cups
Heavy cream or whipped cream -1/2 cup
( This is optional, you can use 1/2 cup milk instead, heavy cream increases the richness in the cream)
corn flour-2 tablespoon
Semolina -2 tablespoon
rose water -1 teaspoon
orange blossom water -1 teaspoon
Sugar syrup:
Sugar-2 cups
water-1cup
rose water -1/2 teaspoon
orange blossom water -1/2 teaspoon
