Yea I always thought it was a weird name. Similar to how lived is devil backwards and morning and mourning. In certain cultures they don’t say good morning because of what they feel the true meaning is.

I really enjoyed this one of gym and fridge. Ziggy was speaking facts when he said you can have super big biceps or a super big body but if your heart muscles isn't strong then all those big muscles don't mean anything. That's why cardio is really important🏃‍♂️

Not talking about "organic" food here, but his approach to eating is very "organic". No specific diet (or "live" it), he cheats when he wants, he listens to his body, that's how I operate and I dig where he's coming from. Ya' Mon.
