表达的不够专业，其实是没有把手控制住，所以她说没有锁到脖子，因为手不被控制的话是可以给脖子提供空间的，你想象一下就明白了，当时我看的时候也感觉没问题，因为手还是能活动的

You'll be surprised at how many of these foreign fighters actually understand and can speak English.. they're representing their country, its only right they speak their language. I can hear she speaks from her heart, and the translater helps lol
