My wife used to translate my chinese to chinese. she cant speak English, but she could understand me better than other people.

Always respect a person that make the effort to learn and speak another language, especially when it is so much different from her mother tongue like it is for her !

Just from her face-off, I saw a positive aura about her. Her opponent was really serious and probably trying to intimidate her while Weili just smiled. I even heard that she wanted them to hold the Chinese flag together, but it didn't really work out, so I felt kinda bad for her cause I know she has a good heart. She's one of those people you just want to hug and make sure they know they're appreciated.

Weili is the most wholesome outside the octagon, she is always so friendly and humble it's wonderful to see, I absolutely LOVED when she said after the fight against Yan that she hopes they can be friends, she's just a fierce competitor but outside of that she just wants to cuddle lol Love her and wish her nothing but great success!!

i bet in her mind her swagger is the same in english...but it just doesn't come out properly yet for us to catch it. She's coming along pretty well though. Weili is different than most non English speakers though...bc we can sense that she's "soft" and funny just by her energy/expressions. Much like Alex Poatan. Dude doesn't speak a lick of english but a lot of us have a great understanding of how he is just by his aura/energy he gives off
